The Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta was BLAND!! I think I found one pepper. So there wasn’t any seasoning and no kick ??

The food is always good but the service is typically known to be slow and sometimes painful wait for your food. :( If I was reviewing just on service it would be a 3, but since the food is always good I gave it a 4.

Had a very bad experience at this location when I visited with my family. Waiter took about a half hour to finally take our drink order. He then kept getting everything wrong with our food order and tried to argue with me telling me that what I ordered is what he brought out to me and that it's the way its worded on the menu that might be the cause of the confusion like sure bud whatever you say except what I ordered I have ordered before and I knew what to expect. That waiter was focused more on a table of friends that were there instead of doing his job and attending the other tables he was waiting. Food quality wasn't that great at this location either which I dont know why since it wasn't that busy when we got there. To make matters worst he tried to charge me the wrong orders he brought out too. All I can say is I wont be coming to this location for a while.

25 minutes and still don't have a Cesar Salad and a club sandwich for lunch. They aren't even busy. Totally unacceptable!

The food was really good! But was absolutely made our experience worth the 5 stars was our waitress. Kristen was beyond the best waitress I've come across in YEARS. She made me feel like I was just hanging out at a friends house. She was very accommodating and very attentive. She went beyond her job. She gave us drink ideas and food ideas. She was very nice and sweet to talk to. I gave her the biggest tip I have probably given anyone.That girl needs a raise point blank! We will be back when shes on shift to have her again!
Our food was on point and delicious especially this drink I had called Ultimate tropical berry Mijito but the only thing is they give you too much ice but other than that it was fire! The establishment is very clean and the waitresses are very professional and attentive and the utensils were clean and my service was so good that I tip my waitress $10. She was just that good???

Last 3 visits have been horrible. Food not cooked properly, poor service, wait staff continuously forgets things you ask them for multiple times. I love their food but everything else is just annoying now..OFFICIALLY GOING TO STOP COMING TO THIS LOCATION !! I will travel anywhere else for TGIF. Management barely does anything when you tell them there is an issue..I’m fed up !!

Damon was GREAT, when it comes to Service!!! There was absolutely total confusion at the Hostess stand when we arrived. NEVER saw anything like it!!! Guests were really frustrated because there were quite a few empty tables and a long line waiting to be seated. At one point, there were four wait staff hanging out at the stand, just talking!!! We were told up to a 25 minute wait, as my blood sugar was crashing. Frustrated.
