I had a very disappointing dining experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping customers. We waited a long time just to be acknowledged, and our food took far longer than expected. I arrived at 9:30 PM for the Globe Experience, only to be told that the kitchen was already closed. This was extremely disappointing, especially since the experience is advertised as part of the dining attraction. There was no prior notice given online or upon booking that the kitchen would not be available at that time.
If the kitchen closes earlier, that should be clearly communicated so guests can plan accordingly.

This is one of the best spots in Lancaster to hang out and have a good view. Went here with an old friend and we had an amazing time. The street corn pizza was delicious! Make sure you have a reservation, they get busy!

went here for the first time for my fiancés bday dinner and had the BEST time. the atmosphere was amazing, food was fantastic, & staff was so nice. our waitress, issa, was literally the sweetest and made the experience even better. i’ll definitely be back & will keep recommending it!!!

As always, our party of six had a great time at the Exchange. We made reservations and were seated promptly upon arriving. Our waiter was attentive, pleasant and hospitable. The food was excellent and delicious.
I've been to the exchange a few times for drinks but this was the first time trying more food! Our table split a bunch of the shareables, and they were all phenomenal. We actually ordered a second of the tuna sharable because it was that good!! Our waitress was amazing. Food was hot and fresh. You can see the kitchen and they were moving like unit! An amazing experience for all of us!

Booked The Globe for an incredible girls night experience.Globe was climate controlled. Drinks (Chill your Toddies & Status: Fall) were on point for a seasonal night celebration. Waitstaff was very attentive. Fig/Prosciutto pizza, Cranberry Salad were great. Our favorite was the Brussel sprouts. Ordered salmon dip which we did not like and sent back. The skyline was amazing that night, the flickering outdoor fires felt like a dream. The night was filled with lots of stories, laughter & friendship while sipping on the skyline. We made a pact to return again!

Took mom here for her 65th birthday and we were lucky enough to rent the igloo on the rooftop. Honestly, any seat there would have been a great seat! We ordered a little bit of everything and were able to share between 3 of us. Drinks / Igloo / Dinner considered, this place is reasonably priced! We will definitely visit again!
