Cocktails are great, yes. Never mind that though…the apps we had on our last visit are renting space in my head! Delicious. The menu had changed from our previous visit, not sure if seasonal menus are their thing. I am certain of one thing, this place will be a staple.

My husband and I enjoy dining at the exchange with its wonderful view. The food is great and the service is friendly and engaging. We have been there twice and was fortunate to have Dan wait on us both times. He takes the time to chat with us and makes us feel special. Love it there.

The food was sub par for such a nice place. Service was a little rough. Waited a long time to be served, and the waitress forgot about the appetizer, and drinks were slow to come out. Nice place though just wouldn't order the brick oven pizza tasted almost like a frozen pizza.

Food was pretty average, service was pretty subpar, and we saw two cockroaches by our table.
We reported the roaches to our server, and she didn't apologize or comp anything for our meals.
Wouldn't recommend and definitely won't go back.

It was ok. It was expensive but the food was all sub-par. The drinks were meh, the Parm bread could have used flavor, the steak frites were SO OVER SALTED and it was not cooked as requested for myself or my husband. Waiter brought my husband's meal but not mine. She was holding what I ordered but took it to someone else. Also, this place is smaller than expected. Overall, was not worth it.

The atmosphere is the ONLY reason to go. Last night it was not that crowded and our server took forever to get to us or check on us. (Half hour from when we sat down) We ordered two margarita pizzas and when they came out one was burnt beyond belief and the other was normal. Come on, this is not a new place, why would you even serve the burnt one, you should have your system down by now. Everything seemed like an inconvenience, from water to drinks to having to ask for a tray for the pizzas on the tiny table. From someone in the industry, you need someone to train both FOH and BOH.

Thank you to the The Exchange for being so accommodating of my party size and last minute change. My brother's birthday celebration was a HUGE success because of it. Additionally, the ambiance, food and service was impeccable. Our server, Issa, was the BEST. Super attentive, personable, and knowledgeable about the food and drinks she suggested to us. 1000% recommend to others and will definitely be visiting again.

Lastnight was my first time being there and i have to say it was amazing! Great service, great food, great atmosphere! Highly recommend the garlic toast! Best garlic bread i ever had and the burger. Overall all it was beyond amazing! Will definitely go back soon
Staff at the front door gave some holier than thou vibes as if the restaurant was some exclusive place to be at on a Friday evening. Upon immediate arrival, there was attitude, super dismissive. We didn’t know we had to have IDs to enter and only my husband had his. I had a photo of mine on the phone, but they still wouldn’t take it. We drove an hour from Harrisburg and spent the rest of the night trying to find something so that it was worth it to have driven there.
Saw the other reviews about waiter/hostesses giving attitudes, but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. But they showed us exactly the kind of people they are!

Food orders screwed up. Out of all pizza topping except pepperoni and artichokes Servers kept bringing wrong order to our table. Asked for non dairy because of a severe allergy and was brought a pizza that was supposed to be 1/2 no cheese covered in cheese. The olive tray was also served with cheese mixed into it. Drinks were excellent, thank goodness

The best part of this experience was the atmosphere! My steak was well done when I asked for medium. But not even the worst part, we were in a table in a corner and forgotten about. I am truly disappointed and do not plan on returning

Server Sam is not attentive at all, I completely understand gratuity for parties 6+ as our party is full of bartenders and servers (who tip above 20%) , it just seems like she purposely gave poor service because she knew she’d be getting an automatic tip regardless, she didn’t check in after a few bites to see if everyone had everything or was missing items. She didn’t have a great attitude the whole experience either. The whole experience was delayed, sat for about 20 mins before everyone was even asked what their drinks were going to be. they charge for ICE!!! 4 people from our party ordered Margarites and got charges $14 for MARGARITA ROCKS! lol and the server never asked what tequila just automatically assumed the most expensive when they STATED HOUSE. only question she asked was salt or sugar. This server Same is really a schemer lol Birthday girl tried to order a drink and was blatantly ignored. We already decided this is not a place we’ll be seeing in the future We had a table by the fire pit and they sat 2 randomly ladies next to us??? And said that’s how they seat? is that how this establishment works? Why are we being seated with randoms Not many options for food if you’re a picky eater.. eat before you come for sure
