I asked if they had lump crabcakes and they said, yes, jumbo. So I ordered one. It was NOT a lump crabcake. There were a few pieces of lump, but it was mostly claw. I enjoyed the crab corn bread. Husband enjoyed the oyster Po Boy. The tomato fish bisque was mediocre. I will not return. Mostly because they lied.

Had the blackened shrimp tacos and they were delicious! I can’t believe I’ve lived in Lancaster for 6 years and have never been! It is a nice casual spot to dine in or sit outside. Will definitely be back soon!

We just ate there for the first time today. All our food was delicious and plentiful. My husband said his fries were amazing. Will definitely dine there again.

What a wonderful place to eat. Our waitress was so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our chat with her. This is in a small place with a small parking lot. But there is free parking on the street. There are not a lot of tables but it is so worth going. The seafood is fresh as it is a seafood market as well. The Fat Crab is inside of the market. Go up to the counter and order and pay for your food. They bring it to your table. We got the Shrimp Po'boy sandwiches with fat plumb shrimp with wonderful seasoning. Also got crab cornbread, new london crab soup. Oh the chips have a season on them that is so so good! And the cornbread is scrumptious. I asked what they put in the cornbread and our waitress gave me the secret to it that I will try to make myself. Oh and the tarter sauce was very good too. We had the best meal of our trip here! You can buy the special season that they use and I did get some. Thank you for such a wonderful meal!
Parking: Very small parking lot with only a few spaces. Hard for a large pick up to get in here. We had to go around the corner to find free parking on the street.

It's so hard to find good seafood in PA when you come from the bay area in MD but this place does NOT mess around. I've been here 3 times now and have tried something different each time and I can't recommend this place enough if you like seafood ? ? also props for having ol bay in hand ??

We have our vacation house here near Lancaster, try to come once a month. Since this morning, wife keeps saying she wants to have sea food, we searched and found this place and saw review is good, so let’s give it a try. OMG! You can’t get any fresher food even if you try. Had Fish and Chips, Shrimp Jambalaye , Mediterranean red bass soup. How can each and every dish be so fresh and just like home made. Pls don’t leave without giving it a try
Not anyone's fault, but that was too much linguine for the seafood pasta, which I loved. My wife and I agree the shrimp tasted great, but were a little overcooked. The fish on the seafood pasta was amazing, and the scallops were huge and cooked perfectly.
I do wish you had a larger selection of diet drinks available.
None of the above will deter us from coming back!
