The Greenfield Restaurant & Bar

Our experience at the Greenfield restaurant was outstanding! The Salmon and New York strip was to perfection! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the atmosphere was quiet and enjoyable! Our service could not have been any better and that made it that much more enjoyable ! We were taken well care of! I would highly highly recommend to dine here! Even though it's more of an upscale restaurant, it really is reasonably priced. We will return one day! From Virginia.

My wife, daughter, son-in-law, and me enjoyed an excellent dinner at the Greenfield Restaurant yesterday evening. When I made the reservation a couple days in advance I requested a table in the bar/piano room. Yesterday when we arrived the hostess sat us at a cozy spot in the bar/piano room. Our server, I believe her name was either Natalie or Nicole, was courteous, easy to get along with, and provided outstanding service. We enjoyed a couple cocktails with our dinner which, along with the food, were expertly prepared. This is our favorite Lancaster area restaurant and where we always go for special occasions and/or a nice evening out with dinner.

Hard to imagine a better dining experience. From the ambience, to the food and service. It was our anniversary, and both agreed our meals were the best we've had in some time, and same for drinks and desserts. And as a topper, the excellent jazz pianist played “our” song from our wedding day so many years ago. Thank you Greenfield.

Consistently well prepared food, beautifully plated and presented. We enjoyed an early Thursday night dinner. Our waitress, "Amy" (I believe this is her name was very professional, knowledgeble and pleasant. Loved and enjoyed scallop dinner as entree. My husband equally pleased with a pasta dish he ordered. Beet salad (various colored beets) was beautifully displayed. It was "topped" with pistachio nuts and dressing "yummy". We split a slice of pecan pie and it was delicious. Our most favorite venue in the restaurant is the garden terrace. Unfortunately the weather was to damp, cold, rainy. We'll be back later in season to enjoy the offerings and opportunities. Enjoyed our brief discussion with "John" and facility General Manager.

Always consistently excellent. A real Gem directed by an Executive Chef who served as chef to our Presidents!

Strange to have a restaurant be closed on the weekends ?

They were very kind to serve us even though the kitchen is closed from 2pm to 4pm to prepare for dinner. We arrived barely just before 2. Great food. Great service.

We were rushed thru diner by waitress . Meals looked pretty, but both dishes lacked proper seasoning . Paying today's prices is bad enough,,,,paying for poorly seasoned food from a waitress that ran around like she couldn't wait for the 1/2 filled room to emptyl .

Great place! Food was fantastic, but the atmosphere was... interesting. We were seated on the second floor, and my girlfriend and I felt like everyone was hearing our conversation all night. We even stopped talking at some point to see no one around us speaking. Very strange. The rest of the restaurant seemed vibrant, but something about the second floor was very off.

I'm definitely coming back, I will not let one strange evening ruin what is otherwise a great place for anyone wishing to celebrate an anniversary or birthday.
