Our party of three loved our dinner and desserts! We had salmon, swordfish and the scallops and shrimp bisque. Chef John is so talented and accomplished. Thank you for a lovely evening Greenfield Inn! Wish we lived in town so we could eat there more!

I have been a customer of the Olde Greenfield Restaurant for years. My family, friends and I always have an amazing time with great food, good friendly service, in a beautiful setting. Over the years, we have celebrated many wonderful family events and holidays at the Restaurant and it is definitely our 'go to restaurant'. I would recommend the Restaurant to both local residents as well as folks visiting the area. Thank you!

This is probably my favorite restaurant. I've never had a bad meal here, however I order the quiche and French onion soup nearly every time.

Every time that I come to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, I make sure to stop by at this wonderful place for the last 38 years!

We have always had a good meal here. Service is spot on. My biggest complaint would be the limited selection. They have a salmon special every night along with another fish selection.

Had reservations for the wine cellar however upon arrival we were told they had overbooked and was not available. Poor management!!!A courtesy phone call would have been the proper etiquette...

My wife and I had our Valentine's Day dinner at the Geeenfield Restayrant and it was fantastic.Everything gets 5 stars. The atmosphere, the staff, the food were spot on.On a busy night like Valentine's Day, we couldn't have picked a better place for a nice dinner at a fair price.

It's the little things that make it a pleasant dining experience - linen tablecloths and napkins, doilies under the soup bowls, carefully arranged tables to allow for private conversations, pleasant atmosphere, especially in the summer with its low walled stone patio, sheer curtains and lovely flower filled containers and hanging baskets, not to mention the always beautifully and tastefully decorated entry gardens and flower pots.. it's a perfect “go to” place for lunch, dinner or special occasions.

All the food great flavor. Cheese plate over price for the portion. Some bottle wines over price. Great service. I will recommend it (but I would recommend also to check the menu first)

We visited Greenfield restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. Their attention to detail was wonderful. We had seafood chowder and French onion soup to start and it was delicious. Perfect temperature and the flavors were superb. My husband had salmon on a bed of vegetables and I had scallops as my entree. Both were amazing, the presentation was beautiful and portions were perfect. The apple almond tart was delicious. Definitely recommend!

The staff are always wonderful at the Greenfield. Chef John is world class. He's cooked for Presidents, and he will ensure that you have a great meal as well. The menu is always changing, so be sure to plan reverse visits.

The service (hostess and waitress) was superb. The kitchen and bar must've been busy because the food and drinks trickled out a bit too slowly (not the waitresses fault) One main entree didn't have one of the items that was listed in the specials and the other entree was slightly bland and slightly cooler than it should've been which might've accentuated the blandness. Chairs throughout the restaurant, while perhaps visually or aesthetically closer to period-correct.... They were very uncomfortable. The positioning of the chairs at the table and the table position in relation to the wall and other tables was awkward at best. Four out of five stars overall for this experience based solely on the pleasant and professional demeanor of the waitress. Better check on your chef and kitchen staff, though... something needs to be tweaked there. Also, I don't think your furniture needs to look like it's from the 1800's... just get new chairs... make your dining guests comfortable... no one wants to go back to the discomforts of the old days... and if they do... let them travel time through the dirt.

Another enjoyable experience. I had the halibut and my wife had crab cakes. We enjoyed both. I find the pairings at Greenfield to alway go well together which is something I especially look for. Service was adequate for a busy Valentines evening.

We celebrated Valantine's Day at the Greenfield Restaurant. While we requested a table in the main dining room, that was going to be a long wait, so we opted to dine upstairs. Service was outstanding except for the long wait between the appetizer and the salad being served. The lamb chops were deserving of mention. Very tasty!!! Highly recommend.
