Cute little restaurant, service was great and friendly, I ordered a small cheesesteak and thatâs definitely what I received, I think at $10 for a thin 6 inch cheesesteak was on the pricey side. I might go back some time soon and try something different on the menu.

Amazing hot pastrami. Lots of variety for sandwiches. Great fries. Tastes were spot on. Chips are not the big names but smaller batch makers. Sodas are not big names but flavors like birch beer and others that you may be missing. Seating is ample and theybcater. Great spot!

Went here with my wife and daughter for a meal before heading back home. Disappointed is an understatement. I ordered a cheesesteak, my daughter had a cheeseburger and fries and the wife had a cheesesteak wrap. We shared fries. My daughter had no complaints but we did. Cheesesteak tasted like anything but, fries; while plentiful, were thin and over cooked. Wife wrap, was a wrap! Google gave this place 4.7 but my rating is 3.6 for just the food. Food gets a 6 out of 10 alone. Can't complain about the atmosphere. The place was nice and great fans. Like a wind tunnel in theređȘ

Unbelievable! Been a customer since they were downtownâlike 15 years. Called up for a tuna sub and they told me they only had enough for a small. I needed a large to share with my wife before she left for work. I was in a hurry, I said no thanks and hung up. While I was calling another place (that doesnât have a problem keeping a staple on hand). The owner called me back to yell at me. He said I hung up on the person taking the order and said I was ânot niceâ. If you canât keeping something in stock that doesnât expire for like 2 years, maybe learn to expect customers that arenât super polite. Instead of losing an order for the day, heâs now lost a customer who brought in about $600 annually. Thereâs plenty of fish in the sea!

Got a pickup order for a simple cheesesteak, Black n Blue burger, and bacon cheese burger. Bacon cheese burger was great but the bun was pretty smashed out of the bag as well as the blue cheese burger. Reports on the blue cheese burger was that they enjoyed it but that it needed something in there like mayo or some sauce to give it more moisture and round out the salty blue cheese. I thought the cheesesteak was ok but not through the roof amazing based off of what I've had of basic cheesesteaks. the meat was a little dry and the cheese didn't makeup for the moisture. Overall a few fixes on flavor/seasoning and not smashing the buns on both burgers and this would have been an out of this world meal since all of the ingredients were high quality. Would try again, maybe not during lunch rush to see if it comes out top notch.

I have been to The Grille a bunch of times and they always deliver with fast, friendly service and great prices. Their sandwiches are packed and the rolls are great. Today I had a turkey hoagie and it might be the best turkey hoagie I have ever had. Their Italian hoagie is great as well. Still yet to try the cheesesteak but soon enough I will.
This is my go to sandwich shop in this area. I live in Lancaster city and this place is the best sandwich shop in the area. Highly recommend!
