I really enjoy the terrace. I have been quite a few times, however, we were just denied entry due to us being with my 11 year old. Denying families in a establishment before 7pm?! Disappointed 😕

Mothers day we were told there was a very limited menu. This wasn't mentioned when we made the reservations two weeks prior. Appetizers ( just 2) both contained seafood as did the soup. Salads were limited . Entrees were as is. Meaning you could not choose any vegetable. So if you didn't like seafood or vegetarian you had to have asparagus. The entrees were piled up on the plate so it was difficult to enjoy what was to be a medley of flavors. The male waiter was not interested at all. The place was not crowded at all and yet he seemed rushed. The female servers actually brought out our meals. Desserts were small and again not much for variety. Was really disappointed. When paying over $60.00 per person without appetizers was very steep.

We enjoy dining here for special occasions. The seafood dishes are always on point. Staff is always friendly. Outside dining available.

This place is underrated! We were not expecting much, but it was conveniently located to where we were staying in town. Wow, every food item we ordered was amazing - appetizers, entrees, desserts, drinks, coffee. So delicious. And the service was perfect. Reasonably priced for such wonderful food. We will return!

My guest and I had an excellent dinner. We started with a shared plate of Brussels sprouts with bacon and Parmesan - crispy, sweet, smoky, Yum! My entree was the slow cooked rib roast - so flavorful and tender. My friend had the bacon wrapped pork rounds. Both entrees were huge, and attractively presented with artistic flair. The sauces provided perfect balance to the meats. Service was excellent, timely and attentive. We look forward to returning to try other options.

Vegetarian options: The menu seemed to have one or two vegetarian options in each category. Several meals offered vegetarian substitutions. The Asian Salad would be an excellent choice - bountiful, colorful, full of variety and a tasty dressing.

Parking: There are two garages within half a block. - the Duke Street Parking Garage, and the Queen Street Parking garage. Both have handicap spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Appealing kid options. Family environment.

Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is at street level with easy access from the sidewalk, or from the Holiday Inn lobby

Super fun dinner date with friends! Great food, excellent service, and a gorgeous setting. Loved the art, my berry mojito mock tail, and the gluten free choices.

Dietary restrictions: Menu clearly labeled vegetarian and gluten free options. And a lovely selection of mocktails

Was fortunate the rain probably kept a lot of guest at home, but it was a lovely restaurant. Nice service. A straightforward uncomplicated brunch menu. Look forward to my next visit.

Parking: I used the parking garage next to library (entrance is on Duke Street) .

Meh. Medium rare steak was medium well. Old fashioned cocktail tasted like they just splashed some orange juice in bourbon, pretty sure it wasn'tthe bourbon I asked for. Host spent a lot of time hanging out at a table with some “regulars” which was entertaining to watch after he dragged the poor chef out to take part. We asked to add fried tofu on onto a salad and different waiter came out and grilled us on how it was supposed to be cooked. I don't know the whole thing was weird. Food was almost ok.

There is a full-day Chinese New Year party today at the 101 Building Plaza in downtown Lancaster. It was too cold outside, but the Imperial bar happened to be right next to it. The cocktails made by the bartender and DJ were so professional, and the appetizers were also great. The menu is reasonably priced and the atmosphere is friendly. Will come again next time.

My wife and I had breakfast here the first time on Sunday and it was fantastic. The French toast and sausage I had were among the best I’ve ever had. Great service, prices, and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The service at this restaurant is absolutely horrible!!! I am planning to contact management and next corporate for Holiday Inn. I am not certain if the poor service can be attributed racism. However we stopped in today after church, and we were the first table seated with 4 persons in a booth. Please note their were no other persons seated in the restaurant when we arrived. Since we were the only table seated in the entire restaurant our order went into the kitchen 1st. The next table seated had more than 5 persons and then a booth with 3 persons. Both tables received their food first. Actually the larger table who was seated after us finished their food and left before we ever received our food. We have gotten poor service before, for a variety of reasons. Now I believe this was just out and out racism. Additionally the quality of food is not commensurate with prices. Food is over priced, service is poor and I suspect their management feels they can treat people of color poorly. I am reporting this to Holiday Inn Corporate and plan to reach out to social media sites and local news TV.
