Very clean and modern restaurant with good food and service. Will definitely come back here again.

This was our first visit to this Pancake House, I grew up going to the Pancake House in Ephrata and even worked there when I was a teenager. The food was just as good as the Ephrata location and we lived the little robot that delivers the food. We will definitely go back.

The place was nice , clean and neat . I was looking forward to a great breakfast. The staff was not so friendly and no personalities. Not welcoming. The food was terrible. The pancakes fell apart like a cheap batter in tiny pieces when you used your fork to cut it. The flavor was like uncooked dough and a terrible flavor. The bacon was horrible. It was like shoe leather. It was hard to chew. If you picked a piece up it stood straight out like a ruler. The bacon was hard, dry and like rubber. The food was horrible. How can they sell breakfast like this is beyond me. Very disappointed.

Keith and Roxanne Rock!
Great food and service. We love their breakfast and lunch. You will never find a syrup container handle sticky while Keith is working. They make sure you're taken care of. Their cream chipped beef is the best in the County.

The service was fine and the food was very good. (we were a part of 10 with 4 children), but I do have a complaint about the details when ordering. I ordered iced coffee and was not told that there would be a charge when I asked for a refill. I ended up paying $15.80 for 4 glasses of iced coffee. we also asked if we could replace fries with Cole Slaw and we were charged an additional $3. Charges like there should be stated by the staff when ordering. I did not realize the charge until the next day. Our total bill was over $150.

Food was meh, service was OK. We like diner food, but it was very blah. We were there for dinner, not busy... The bus person was playing with her hair, and had her hands on her lips. No hand washing or sanitizing after...Very disappointed....won't be back!

Jan 26th 2025 LOCALS REVIEW wow downhill quick. I have gone to both locations a couple times, I enjoyed my first breakfast with them ... never again. * I had the pleasure of being waited on by some man from NYC or something, 50yr punk, he was so rude, wouldn't take orders right, could hear him complaining and moaning. I wanted to choke him and his attitude . Every meal at the table was not liked by the person , my meal was completely wrong and took halfway threw breakfast to flag him down, I had to step outside I was so mad, I came back and refused to eat it , saying id still pay if I have to but it was pathetic. WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED TO THE BISCUITS?? THEY ARE THINNER THEN A STANDARD PEICE OF WHITE BREAD. I dont know what happened to EVERYTHING but the food was disgusting , half cooked hash browns at every table, eggs were drop and go.. they all smile but you can see the disfunction. BTW check out the FOOD REVIEWS LATELY IN THE LANCASTER PAPERS. read below... "in-use knives stored between table edges or between tables, an area not easily cleanable & sanitized; repeat violation. Time in lieu of temperature being used in the food facility to control ready to eat potentially hazardous foods (raw shell eggs) without written procedures or documentation to verify disposition of food; repeat violation. The hand-wash sink for employees located in the kitchen near the mop sink and hot water tank, is not convenient, as evidenced by the observed lack of proper hand-washing by employees."

Been here several times. Food is tasty. Noise level with kids is reasonable. An oddity is the robotic caddie bringing food to the serves at the tables: both a tech advantage and occasional obstacle to foot traffic. Kids seem to love the place.

Pancake Farm executes breakfast with excellence! The price is incredibly reasonable and the food is prepared to perfection. The staff is friendly and personable and the service was timely. If you are looking for a good place to grab breakfast with a friend I reccomend this place highly.

Not as good as the old location. Strawberry and banana pancakes don’t have the fruit in them anymore, just sliced on top, which was the biggest disappointment. While not as cramped, more of a generic restaurant feel than the cozy farm kitchen diner vibe it used to have. Sides and service were always meh with phenomenal pancakes, so now that the pancakes are also only fine, the whole experience wasn’t worth the increased cost.
