Booked an afternoon tour of the distillery. It was a fun way to spend the afternoon and interesting to learn about the distilling process. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions well and was very familiar with her script. That being said, perhaps the tour coins be updated a bit to be more of an interactive experience (use more questions to engage the audience) di the information is more interesting to hear and the audience is more...
The Thistle Finch was quite a find. They have their own distillery. They sell their own tees, which I am grateful to buy. It is also 1 of the oldest distilleries in Lancaster, which I was very grateful to check out.
