I stop in for our weekly sourdough bread loaf. They slice to order. It only has four ingredients the way bread should be. We gave up on the grocery store junk and just stick with Thom now. Give it a try. They also have great pizza and breakfast sandwiches.

I always love coming here! Probably my favorite bread shop in Lancaster, staff is always friendly and helpful. This shop is a little on the pricey side but I will always recommend this bread because it’s consistently good! Something that I also appreciate is that Thom is also working with employees as well, super humble guy and I love getting to chat with him. Thanks for your great services!

Dude this guy rocks! I was on vacation looking for the perfect place to get family dinner and I was a hero for bringing to my hotel Thom’s Bread! The salad and the pizza was perfection! and Thom hooked me up with some waffles and granola. Awesome food! Going back to Lancaster just to have more!

Stopped by to grab some baked goods and ended up getting granola and focaccia. Thom was incredibly helpful and even gave us a couple of waffles to try. You can tell he’s genuinely so passionate about the bread!! We had everything for breakfast the next day and it was all amazing. Highly recommend stopping by!!

We get the bread from the Philly farmers market Saturdays and it is SO good. I tried the brownie once (OK, twice) and it is deadly good. Go here if like good baked goods!

Very disappointed. First time there and thought the baguettes and Italian bread would be crispy. None of the breads are crispy. All are in plastic bags. Guess I have to keep looking for a good Italian bread store.

Overall really solid. The staff was incredibly friendly, and a massive selection of bread in different forms as soon as you walk in. I was impressed seeing the selection spread. It was a little cramped with 3 customers in there but not too horrible.
One of my concerns was immediate as they didn't have prices on anything which is normally a sign that things are going to be on the higher end. The bread itself was actually pretty fairly priced, a bag of I believe six ciabatta hoagie rolls for just under $9. I also got two breakfast sandwiches which were almost $10 a pop, which I honestly would have been fine with if it wasn't the steamed egg patty, it just had a very bad texture. It was a shame because they use some really good bacon, the bagels were amazing, and the cheese was okay, the egg just really sank it for me. Also just shy of $2 a bottle of water seemed a little bit steep as well.
The folks working there were really nice and open to feedback so hopefully they will tailor some of their options as they grow. I will definitely be coming back but keeping an eye on some of their pricing/food adaptations.
Edit: it was 4 hoagie rolls so a little over 2$ a roll is...a little high. They were decent though.
