My family and I stayed here for 5 nights. I chose this place mainly due to the fact that a lot of the reviews mentioned how clean the hotel was. Well our room was very clean. We had a visit from a very nice cleaning lady daily. The breakfast options were very good. Dutch Wonderland is right across the street and it's 30 min from Hershey Park. We ended up walking to Dutch Wonderland and saving $20 on parking. All the staff was very nice. The indoor pool was good and pretty empty most of the days. If we decide to visit PA again, I'll definitely stay here again

The location of this hotel is perfect! Centrally located to lots of stores and shops. Directly across from Dutch Wonderland. The room was very clean. The only constructive criticism would be the carpets need a good shampoo because my baby’s knees were gray from crawling. Everything else was impeccable. We stayed on the front side of the hotel but didn’t notice any street noise. Breakfast had a bunch of grab and go options. The only hot options were sausage gravy and waffles. They did have breakfast sandwiches that could be microwaved. I would’ve loved eggs and breakfasts meats. I really appreciate there were dairy free and gluten free options (Bagels, bars, and muffins). The pool deck appears to need a good scrub down and the hot tub seemed to have way to much chlorine. Every child that entered the hot tub started coughing within a matter of minutes. I observed children from 3-4 different families all coughing once they entered the hot tub. We would stay here again.

They did a lot of updates in the rooms! The waffles are back as well as biscuits and gravy! The suites are amazing and has a separation between the door and living. The bathrooms has two sinks. They have toiletries available. The front desk is a lifesaver when I forgot toothpaste. Free parking, free breakfast and free coffee and water, the best amenities!

Booked this hotel for me and my wife and my son, his wife and 2 grandchildren. The review seemed to be good and to my surprise they were spot on. We used to stay at Willow Valley Farm years ago and loved the place. When they became Doubletree we stayed there once and it was the last time for us.

It was our 36th anniversary and the room was wonderful. Very clean and a friendly staff. Definitely would stay again! I would have liked a few more no sugar or low carb options for breakfast. Close to many attractions.

They were very welcoming to us with the motel clean and inviting. We enjoyed our room and being able to relax when we had been out exploring the area during the day. We would definitely stay here again in the future

Wonderful staff, they were helpful, friendly and warm! Great free breakfast included waffles and sandwich options and they have a coffee/tea area set up all day! Room was lovely and the hot tub/pool was great!

We stayed for 3 nights and would stay here again. The one thing I would change would be to request a rear facing room. The highway is busy all night long and truck noise was pretty much present 24 hours a day. Breakfast was ok, typical self serve fare. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Our overall stay was excellent. We have been going here for 7 years. Staff are nice especially Fred our housekeeper is so polite and helpful. We use to get bacon, eggs and oatmeal. Then they stopped serving this year. That's why I'm giving it a 4 star. We still keep going back here.

We stayed for a mini family vacation and check out what Lancaster had to offer. Our stay was great! The rooms were clean, well stocked and overall comfy. The kids loved the pool. The whole time we were we had the pool to ourselves, it was clean and there were always clean towels available for the kids to use. Breakfast was another great added touch. The fresh hot waffles is a great addition. Along with the breakfast sandwiches and multiple different options. Definitely a great variety. Overall we had a great stay and planning on using your hotel again for our future trips, in different cities.
Room was extremely clean, Pool was perfect 6am to 10pm . Having breakfast included was great. Parking was free.... check in and check out was easy.....and the list goes on.. This was truly a no worry stay.

I was surprised the room was cleaned each day. After Covid, I have come to expect nothing, but they did an excellent job cleaning the room each day, and were always cleaning somewhere in the building.

I vacation at least once a year in Lancaster with my family. We have chosen this hotel for at 10 years consistently because it is in a great location, it’s clean and the hotel staff are great. I would highly recommend.

Facility was clean, staff were professional and polite, no complaints. Would've liked more hot breakfast options but the offerings were quality in spite of limitations. I will definitely be staying again as the pricing is very affordable in comparison with other hotels in the area! I saved hundreds of dollars staying here for an event I was attending in the area.

This was an overnight getaway which turned out to be excellent. The staff was extremely helpful on area restaurants and attractions. It was in a convenient location near all everything the area has to offer. We would highly recommend this hotel it's clean comfortable and a great location.
