Tsunami is the best sushi in the area. Tsunami was the best in Lancaster and then Ephrata won the lottery that they came here! Always fresh and delicious. My favorite is the Tsunami roll.
This was our first time at Hillside Public House, and we found ourselves a bit confused upon entering. However, the Tsunami Express chef was very warm and helpful and explained that you can order food or alcohol from various stands and then sit in a shared bar space of tables. Our sushi was good, and we found this to be a very unique restaurant for the area.
Stumbled upon them when visiting Hillside public house. Who would’ve thought that the best sushi I have had locally was located within 2 miles from my house! Fresh ingredients makes this place unforgettable.
