My husband and I stopped in today for one bacon egg and cheese bagel at 11:43. There were around 6 if not more employees working. It took them until 12:16 to finish our one sandwich order after asking us what we were waiting on finally at 12. If the employees are extremely busy and trying their best to accommodate customers and orders I’ll happily wait for as long as it takes. What’s so frustrating is that the employees were just standing around talking. Such a disappointing experience and we got a - sorry for the wait when finally getting our order.

Roundbreads is an amazing bakery. They make the best bagels in Lancaster and every sandwich and donut on their menu is delicious.
Cool grab and go place for brunch style food. Granted they must be doing something right since there are always people waiting inside. Ironically though our food was done in less than 10 minutes. My only vice is the street parking isn't easy and there are no chairs inside.
