Wait times are long, even if there’s nobody else in the store. I’ve gone here multiple times and have never had my food given in less than 20 minutes (for two toasted bagels). Another time that I came it took over 40 minutes.
Another time my cinnamon raisin bagel had onion powder all over half of it (not a great combo).
I like how they are one of very few places in Lancaster that are open before 7 am but quite honestly, it’s not worth the wait.

I think their bagels are pretty good! Definitely order/go early on weekend mornings to get what you want because they periodically run out. Staff are always exceptionally nice

Best bagels in Lancaster. So fresh and everything was delicious! The cake donuts were also AMAZING. Great options and super friendly staff. Must visit.
Decent. Would give a 3 on value and 4 on flavor. Leaned high on rating because they have a bologna breakfast sandwhich - I'm a sucker for anything overtly PA Dutch that reminds me of my childhood. Pretty sure this is a sour dough bagel, based on taste. Not technically NY/NJ style if that sorta thing matters to you. Still a darn good bagel, but on the smaller and pricier side.

We stopped in and bought a dozen bagels today. Very fresh with great texture. We will visit again.

They are round breads... They don't really nail the bagel, though I do have NYC standards on those. They're fine for a sandwich, tho.

We ordered our two lunch meals and they were put of chicken salad at noon. Once we ordered our food was sitting on their counter for awhile because nobody told us it was ready, did not call our name or anything. When we got our meals the tomatoes were not good and the bagels were so rough and chewy we had to gnaw on them to rip the bite. The front person did not seem like she wanted to be there so we decided not to say anything but now wish we had hence this review. We spend a decent bit for these sandwiches and did not get the quality we were expecting for a new bagel shop.

Service was great, but my fiance and I ordered two breakfast sandwiches for $10 a piece. Both were not good, and my bagel was burnt. Do not go.
