Loveee these bagels, but for the price, there shouldn’t be cream cheese on only one side ☹️

The taste of homemade but from a store. Recently I’ve been to a few bagel shops on my vacation up East, but these are the best and they come from my own hometown area. I was impressed with their size and quality. The server was quick and polite and the vibes were unique. Check it out next time you’re in the area. I believe my bagel with no add ons was $2

This little place has great food but very slow service. If you're in a hurry, you might want to pass them by waited 15 minutes for a toasted bagel!!! And not crowded

This review is long overdue. I can honestly say the bagels & breakfast sandwiches here are the best that I have ever had outside of Long Island. The person who came up with 'The Scrapple' sandwich needs to be nominated for a James Beard Award. The website is easy to use and order from. I order nearly every weekend on both days, as I work weekends and find it very convenient to order and pickup.

One piece of advice that I would like to offer, as a business owner that has a few more years under my belt- is for you guys to re-work your order pickup process. The to-go orders typically sit next to the only register and since you all have gotten so popular (no surprise there) its difficult to get to the orders for pickup. Maybe having them sit at the other end of the counter, or on a table somewhere would control your flow a bit in the small waiting area. Also, please face the bags so that the slips with names are facing the front door and not the kitchen. I do not like touching other folks bags, and in my perspective, If I am proactive and order online ahead, I should not have to wait for the cashier to check someone out and then find my order for my (and pour my coffee.) I really should just be able to run in and grab/go quickly. Especially because the parking is metered out front and you know that nobody pays a meter to pickup a to go order.

Regardless, If you haven't gone here, you've made a huge mistake and you should go ASAP and get 'The Scrapple' on egg everything. Thank you for being in Lancaster and I will support and promote you as long as you're open. - Chase
