Our local friends were so impressed with the diversity of the menu, and the Cuban pork was the highlight. We had a department get together for about 60 people at a public park. I contacted Upohar and asked about their food truck. Not only were they extremely professional and polite, their food was absolutely outstanding! Everyone raved about it, including kids. It was a fantastic success for a very reasonable price. Upohar provided the catering for our 40-person wedding, and we would work with them again in a heartbeat! We wanted to serve food that reflected our own food preferences (versus the traditional wedding fare), plus lots of options for vegetarians. They were amazing to work with and very flexible with the menu; they accommodated several customizations. The tasting was great – we were able to try many different options and the portions were huge. They especially went above and beyond with service during the night, accommodating our request to wear masks, bussing tables throughout the whole event, and staying on top of cleanup and trash. They also visited our venue ahead of time and were flexible in working with the space, which was essentially fully outdoors with very limited kitchen space. Many guests complimented the food and the unique menu. At the end of the night, they packed up all of our leftovers for us, and we were able to gather with family and make a second meal of it the next day. They were also super communicative throughout the whole process, very easy to work with, and a great value. Highly recommended!

We booked with Upohar due to their unique vegetarian/vegan options and flavorful recipes. Our tasting was fantastic, even mid-pandemic. We were able to speak with the owner throughout the whole process and she made us feel welcome and heard. She anticipated our needs and worked with us as circumstances changed over the 1.5 years since booking. We were initially disappointed as the food truck was booked for our date, but she notified us immediately when it became available. Having the food truck option allowed us and our party to remain hands-off on the wedding day. The portions were hearty and everyone was talking about the great food. We look forward to being able to stop by the restaurant to try the rest of their menu.
