When I went to pick it up I told them this was NOT grey and the lady said that was the grey they had available. The cake is BROWN and nowhere near grey. My sons birthday party is in two hours, not only did they say they cannot refund me but they also are unable to remake it “within the short amount of time” — highly recommend if the bakery cannot accomplish exactly something that is shown on the website, the customer should be notified. Had I known in advance, I would have definitely ordered a different color with no problem. The manager did not seem the most helpful and I would honestly never order from this bakery again. ESPECIALLY since this was the most simple cake you could ever make. Horrible customer service.

Cake looks horrible. The letters are not symmetrical at all. I don’t understand why an employee did this and thought it was good enough to give this to a customer. I expected a complete nice order, not a writing class rough draft.
