Wendy's in Lancaster

“I was greated promptly by a wonderful woman named Ms. Diane. She was extremely polite and definitely had me smiling. She answered my silly questions about the burgers. She was helpful, polite and fast. By the time I was done getting my soda, she called my name for my order so crew is speedy unlike many other locations I have been to. Diane is definitely an asset for Wendy's and should be appreciated for her customer service skills.“

My family of 3 were looking to complete the frosty frights kid meals set. Between this Wendy's and Peter's road litiz Wendy's we were able to collect all of them. My husband and daughter got 1 ultra rare one which was a blue Brrr Beast. I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff that help us complete our set and letting me switch them out or going to the back to see if you guys had the ones we needed. I'm truly happy with every Wendy's I go to. The staff is always polite, friendly, and positive. The restaurants are always clean and organized. Our food is always hot. So thank you Wendy's for having not only the best place and employees but for having hot 100% beef thick patties.“
