“I was greated promptly by a wonderful woman named Ms. Diane. She was extremely polite and definitely had me smiling. She answered my silly questions about the burgers. She was helpful, polite and fast. By the time I was done getting my soda, she called my name for my order so crew is speedy unlike many other locations I have been to. Diane is definitely an asset for Wendy's and should be appreciated for her customer service skills.“
“Typical fast food. The fries were good. The restaurant was out of all diet sodas. I ended up with unsweetened tea after telling the server that I can't have the regular coke. No apologies or compensation was offered. I was not pleased.“
