She gets home and no honey mustard, not even one.Screw it, I'll use junk ketchup from the fridge but the only reason I picked Wendy's was half because of the honey mustard.Now eating the nuggets they're rock hard and cold.Garbage meal, garbage service and can't even do their jobs. I will never get food from this Wendy's again

We were the only customers at the time. Ordered 2 Wendy's deluxe burgers, one was a meal and one just the sandwich. We also requested the fries have no salt. I removed everything from the bag, our burgers were cold, the fries appeared and tasted like they had been dunked back into the oil to rinse the salt off of them They were barely warm and still had salt on them. Will never eat at this Wendy's again.

This place was horrible! Condiment counter a mess, sticky floors, filthy windows, dirty tables, burger was like a hockey puck. Place was empty except for one other family. They ordered two salads but were told they only had one. Plenty of employees working (one even made it in while still wearing his house Slippers in the dining area). Certainly not the way Dave, the original founder of Wendy's, would expect his business to be. Save your money!

Tonight when I pulled up to the drive-thru, a lady tells me they are not taking drive-thru orders for the next 20 minutes. So I go inside, and when I approached the counter there was a lady sitting on a chair in front of the register on a personal phone call, with a lighter on the counter in front of her. The place smelled like a cigarette, and after she notices us, she turns back to her phone and continues her conversation for about 10-15 seconds. The lady did not have any attitude with me, but not being acknowledged as a customer so that she can continue her personal phone call without even saying hello was very disrespectful. After getting my order and taking my food 5 minutes down the road to my house, everything was cold. I just moved to the area recently and this was my first time at this Wendy’s location. I love Wendy’s, but I definitely will be taking the longer route to a different store next time.

I wish i could give no stars, first off i pull up to drive thru and im just sitting there talking in the mic for 3-5min no answer not even a “we will be right with you” so thinking its broken i pull up to the window, windows cracked there were 3 employees just talking it up the one female looks at me and doesnt do anything so i park and go in, im hungry, ordered my food, she kept the receipt which was weird it printed out and she grabbed it and started walking back to make food or something, so i sit at a table and look on my phone, didnt even call out the order, after like 5-10min i stand up and the order is just sitting there grabbed food and went to my car. I got a baconator meal and baconator fries and a hi c no ice the fries were so dark and stale tasting, and the bacon was not even cut on top of it just placed 2 bacon slices on it, the baconator fell apart almost immediately there was so much sauce on it, ice was in my drink when i asked for no ice didnt get a straw or fork for the fries, and they were not even in wendys uniform or even have a name tag on. I was there 12/28/22Between 215-240pm

I would be ashamed if I owned this location. Inside was absolutely disgusting. Not a clean table in the place, the Coke Freestyle had most options unavailable and was filthy. All of the supplies like straws and lids were empty, had to ask for them. Food was hot, but ate in the car rather than inside.

I understand things are tough. But we went through the drive thru on a slow evening. The person on the speaker asked me to wait a minute and then over 10 minutes later I still heard nothing. Was about to go inside when I saw people inside were waiting and not happy. We went elsewhere. I understand things happen. If you just let people know what I'd going on they would probably have more patience. I know I would. Won't go back to that store.

I don’t know where to start with this place. I’ve never before seen anything like it. My daughter received a free frosty coupon from school, so we decided to go use it and get dinner while we were there. We ordered and then went to find a seat. Every single table was dirty. The man that was supposed to be cleaning was sitting at a table talking on his phone. There were about 7 young kids running around, shouting, all of whom were unsupervised. Ten minutes into us eating, their parent who works in the back, took them into the back and you could still hear them running around in the kitchen. Sounds very unsafe as there is hot equipment back there a kid could hurt themselves on. There’s even a piece of paper on the glass of the kitchen window, covering up the window so you can’t see there are kids playing back there. They aren’t hiding very well because they are extremely loud and have the run of the entire restaurant. I understand times are tough and you need to bring your kids to work with you, but they can’t run around the restaurant screaming and shouting while people try to eat.To keep things short, we won’t be returning.

Date Visited: 11/6/2022DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!Maaaaannn this place is TRASH (literally) the dining area is terrible. And wasn't clean at all. The service is TERRIBLE. We walked in while employees were arguing. They all got fed up and left (even the manager who was in gym wear attire) while we were still in the store. Registers unguarded and the whole back area of the restaurant left open while the staff walked out.We placed a mobile order. Didn't receive the food and now I am forced to call corporate customer support JUST to get my refund for food I didn't even receive.Kids were crying, not just my family but also other families waiting on their food. Staff were cursing around the kids. What an overall mess. Never experienced anything like this. Again...DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION

If I could give 0 stars I would. Definitely do not recommend. My family and I visited this resturaunt over the weekend. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe our experience. The resturaunt was dirty, floors sticky, tables a mess. We placed an order to pick up and possible dine in. When we got there, there was a person at the register in gym clothes, not even wendys attire taking orders. Later we would find out that he was the "manager". He was unprofessional and inappropriate. He was getting clearly frustrated with his team he had working and cursing at them. The resturaunt was busy and because he was tired of working with them he was sending 2 people home. Something was said and he proceeded to go back to the drive thru and thats when a screaming match started and it sounded like a fight was about to break out. I then caught the attention of a worker who left the kitchen ask how can we cancel our order and she stated that, they could not cancel it at the resturaunt. That we had to call. That only added to the frustrating experience. Once we got in the car to leave we then saw that most if not all the associates including the manager we outside of the resturaunt, talking. Will never go to the wendys again and that person needs to be fired.

Food quality was awful. We received refried fries with our #1 double meal. I ordered the southwest chicken salad and half of my romaine lettuce was bad. My cheese on my salad was also bad. I will not return to this location.
