Was planning to get some food, but had to use the bathroom first. This has got to be one of the worst bathrooms I have seen especially in a restaurant. It definitely has one of the filthiest mirrors I have ever seen. I wouldn't eat here ever just because of that. I read some other reviews before posting this one and I'm sure the food and service would have sucked anyways. So I saved my money. Thanks, but do better.

Update: My family of 3 were looking to complete the frosty frights kid meals set. Between this Wendy's and Peter's road litiz Wendy's we were able to collect all of them. My husband and daughter got 1 ultra rare one which was a blue Brrr Beast. I want to say a huge thank you to all the staff that help us complete our set and letting me switch them out or going to the back to see if you guys had the ones we needed. I'm truly happy with every Wendy's I go to. The staff is always polite, friendly, and positive. The restaurants are always clean and organized. Our food is always hot. So thank you Wendy's for having not only the best place and employees but for having hot 100% beef thick patties.

I came here twice before right after it opened and was very pleased with the food, service and how clean the restaurant was. We came this evening a little before 6. The young man didn’t have a clue on a senior drink. The kitchen area was a mess and dirty. The area of supply staples such as napkins, salt/pepper along with drink and floors were filthy! Our fries were not warm and obviously not fresh. No need to return here. Wendy’s used to have pride in their restaurants and service was always good. Those days are past.

It would be great to get the food that's shown in their commercials instead of the flat, mushy bread, lettuce falling out the side sandwiches, cold, greasy fries and undercooked burritos.
I've been to this location 3 times, and each time was an underwhelming, overpriced disappointment.
I'm done with Wendy's in general and this Wendy's in particular, and, each time I see one of their commercials showing a neatly stacked sandwich served in record time by a happy, smiling employee I chuckle.
Couldn't be further from reality at this location, that serves cold greasy french fries and sloppily prepared sandwiches to a long line of folks waiting in the drive through, by employees that would rather be somewhere else.

After over a dozen visits and giving them the benefit of a doubt, I cannot remain silent. None of my orders were completely correct. If I didn't enjoy Wendy's food, I would not go to this location. The order takers have ranged from overly polite, but incompetent, to just incompetent. Now that they finally fixed the mobile app ordering process, I still have issues with every order. It usually begins when I approach the drive-thru, with no other cars in sight, and the person says "I'll be with you in a minute." And the wait times are always longer than expected. So please pay a decent wage, and improve your training, to get people to work this location. It would be worth a bump in price.
Update: Service is improving at this Wendy's. Workers seem more conscientious and focused on getting it right. So keep up the good work.

It has not been better than the previous visits. This has to be the second worst Wendy’s in Lancaster county. It is probably quicker for me to go to the nearby field and kill a cow or chicken and make my own food. It is insanely slow and you can be the only vehicle in line. I don’t understand it.
If you’re hungry, don’t stop here. The wait doesn’t make the food any better. Literally leaving this property an empty plot of land would have been better than turning it into a Wendy’s.

I love Wendy's for its delicious food. But today, I had a bad experience at Wendy's for the first time. It was 12:05 PM. Last time I ate in the morning and I was starving so bad. I arrived in a semi-truck and walked up to the drive-thru window to ask if they could serve me. A woman responded that they couldn't serve me due to safety reasons because I wasn't in a car, but on foot. Then I tried to ask if I could drive through with the truck because it's a large vehicle, but she rudely closed the window in front of me and didn't want to continue the conversation. She obviously didn't want to work. It was a blonde woman with dyed hair, dark roots, and slanted eyes. Meanwhile, other employees were sitting in the hall on their phones and didn’t want to serve us.

Worst Wendy's ever. It is SO slow (30 mins drive thru), they get orders wrong constantly, and the staff taking orders are rude. I live close and keep hoping things change but it's been months and nothing has changed. There are barely any good reviews, this place is awful!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I should have looked at reviews. Order was completely wrong and missing many items. Definitely drive any where else! The most incompetent Wendy's I have been to.
Asked for ketchup and ranch--gave me all bbq sauce. Bacon sandwhich was missing bacon and the fries to the meal.
Went to tell the in store worker and she stated she didn't work drive thru. Repeatedly asked what was wrong, told her, still acted like I had 3 heads.
Food was cold, buns smelled weird (stale) and the lemonade was so sour my kids wouldn't even drink it.
