At today's visit, I had to wait extremely long for my order. This is not the norm for Wendy's. I hit it at the busiest te for a Saturday. Everyone was working hard. No one was chatting with another employee except to communicate about the work before them. I was impressed with the diligence of the staff. Even though I had to wait, I am thankful for the effort of this Wendy's staff! It could have been a much longer wait.

This Wendy's does not make the hamburgers fresh upon ordering. I ordered a double cheeseburger and it was ready in 2 minutes. It was dry and not hot and juicy. The patties were made beforehand and left for some period of time before they made my double cheeseburger. The burger sucked. I asked for the manager and someone came out that could not understand me and I could not understand them. Don't go to this Wendy's unless you want Mexican food.

The interior restaurant is uncomfortably dirty with sticky tables and floors and clearly unclean areas. The food was ok, I think?

Went at 12 noon, our burgers tasted and looked like they were made at least 1/2 hour earlier..so disappointed with them. No reason why we should get stale dried out burgers at lunchtime!😡
This is the slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. It’s faster for me to drive to the one in Lititz even though this is closer to my house.

Definitely the stickiest Wendy's we've ever visited. Kind service, decent food, but quite dirty. Our feet stick to the floor and we need to wipe the tables before sitting down.

I went to this Wendy’s with a special order and Sabrina and Yohannys went above and beyond to make sure my order was placed correctly! Their customer service is top notch!! They both deserve raises! Thank you so much ladies!

Dirty lobby, sticky floors, no ketchup, lids are a mess.
Service was slow and scattered, messed up a simple order twice, and 6 more from other customers while I was at the location.
This location should have an experienced manager running the place, but unfortunately there are 6 people in the kitchen all who look like they don’t have the experience or hustle to run a fast food establishment. It was almost comedic how much they weren’t getting right.

The food was great and the people working there are friendly and efficient. There was a small line of cars in front of me but the line moved pretty quick. My hamburger was hot and delicious and just what I needed mid-day.

This Wendy's location has been built recently and is very welcoming and modern. The meals already beat competitors such as Burger King in the quality and pricing department but if you make use of the plentiful coupons and promotions that Wendy's offers you can really get quite a bit for your money. The service was top notch and provided by very presentable staff, with the only thing that I could find fault in being the filthy state of the building's windows.

This drive through is chronically slow. There are tons of people who leave the line because they get frustrated waiting to order in the drive thru. I know they are a newer location and probably having staffing issues, but it has been really bad the last 2 months

Food was okay, but i miss when they put the nuggets in a box because half my nuggets were loose in the bag. The fries were okay, but clearly old.

The last 3 times we’ve been here something has been messed up. 2 times they got the order wrong, and the last time the burger was so dried out and cold it was inedible. It’s like they left it sit out for hours. Corporate should step in at this point because from reading the reviews I’m seeing a lot of similar experiences. This location is very new, how can it be this bad already?
