I've visited this place twice now. Coincidentally, both times were karaoke nights, and everyone involved had a blast. The staff is great, the drinks are strong, and they are good at bouncing the riff raff.Parking: Parking in downtown Lancaster can be challenging.Kid-friendliness: Not sure about daytime kid friendliness, but definitely not kid-friendly after dinner.

I was dd and just wanted water and got kicked out couldn't even let my friends no like this would be a first most restaurant I'm vip bc I tip like 50% even on water I tip like yall are just drama bunch of drug addicted stuff with anger problems notice how the owner dosent try and make nothing right on any post if you support this business you promote drinking and driving and racism if you go here you should be ashamed of you self if I know anyone that go here tell them not to don't sell ur soul over a meal shameful

I had my 25th birthday at Yorgos with a party for 20+ people.Lauren, Guy, the owner, the entire staffed who helped me celebrate were amazing! The atmosphere was fun, servers and bartenders were fast and efficient, and the owner even came by to make sure everything was running smoothly.Because I rented out the third floor I had private access to the rooftop patio and the bar. The experience was great, the people were amazing. I’ll definitely book again. Yorgos thank you for an awesome 25th!PS: Yorgos also had a photographer, @717portraits, that I didn’t know would be snapping pics. His work is amazing and was very friendly as well! My mom, myself, and my sister had the pleasure of working with Georgia for the coordination of my bridal shower on Saturday March 23rd, 2024. Georgia was amazing in every way and I will always recommend her and Yorgos for any small event. They were detailed, fun, professional, and very organized through the whole day.We had the unfortunate luck of having to emergently evacuate due to a circumstance out of anyone’s control. The staff and owner all had waited as long as they could before they had to alert us of the events happening outside. Unfortunately there was a bomb threat at the library one block over and the staff and owner despite a very scary situation had helped all of us quickly pack and take all the gifts and stuff to our cars and made sure we were safe. They had gone ABOVE and beyond, and were still apologizing.They had no reason to apologize. In the world we live in we have to deal with these unfortunate emergencies and they dealt with it perfectly. They put themselves in possible danger and I will always be so grateful for them.Aside from the emergency, their food, service, drinks, and set up were so beautiful. They really do an amazing job at yorgos for an even and I will recommend them to anyone who asks.Thank you again, Georgia, staff, and owner! You all are amazing!!

Interesting experience to be sure. Let's begin with what attracted me to this place was the idea of a "lively eatery...modern Greek fare". I'm sure it is more lively during peak times or seasons but to us it seemed stale. The bars and service areas were cluttered, you could see down hallways that were narrowed by equipment until they resembled long closets. Not many tables on our floor so maybe we drew the short straw and the others were better.Appetizers were very good, calamari was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. I could have eaten a second portion and wish that I had. The chicken souvlaki, as an entree, was dry and chewy, like it had been reheated from frozen. Didn't seem like it was from fresh quality ingredients. The tzatziki was very, very bland again, not quality and fresh. I will say this though, I over heard another table talking about their food, they ordered the special, they said it was amazing. I guess my point is, if you're offered the special it may not be a bad idea to try it. I would say that for greek fare, it's fair.The table service though was superb, attentive, helpful, honest.All in all, would not be my first recommendation for Greek food but wouldn't say that you should avoid it either.

A nice variety of items on the menu both traditional Greek and American. My only minor complaint is that, on more than one occasion, prime rib or filet come out more well done than requested. Usually it is too much of a hassle to send it back especially when dining with 3 or more persons.

We had an amazing experience at Yorgos! From the host that sat us to the server that helped us make menu choices, everyone was so kind and welcoming. The food was beyond delicious! The bar is downstairs and it was crowded and a little noisy, so if you want that experience, choose a downstairs table. We ate upstairs in the dining room where it was quiet and the view outside was so pretty with the blue and white lights in the tree outside the windows. Would recommend Yorgos whole-heartedly, we loved it!!

The owner and staff were very friendly and the food delicious! I will be going back. But I would recommend requesting seating away from kitchen and elevator area. We were seated right next to that area and there was a party else where going on in the building so there was constant noise and use of the elevator right next to us. A table in that area is not so great. Too close to kitchen/elevator area. Outside of the seating area, it was great and I will request seating now that I know the layout.
