I love the variety of soups, whether I'm adventurous and try something new, or take comfort in something familiar. And the sandwiches....fresh ingredients made to order. I can't go wrong here.

Large selection of soups. Both of our soups were hot and tasty. Crusty bread served with the soup. They also offer sandwiches and soup combos. Inside dining area clean.

I went online and ordered food and there website said they were open for delivery and was actually closed it take 5 days for a refund and I’ve been waiting for food for 1 hr to be canceled last min.

I frequently eat lunch at this Zoup! Location and have never been given push back on being given a regular sized cup for water. Today, one of the workers (who also looked like she just rolled out of bed) was rude and gave attitude because I simply asked her for a cup for water that I should not be charged for. I have always gotten excellent service here so I’m giving a one star to the immature worker who made me feel uncomfortable after giving me a cup for water.

We came from Carlisle to go to a show so we thought we would order food what a joke this place is they charged us $45 for a meal that was supposed to feed 4 adults when we got the food I was disgusted a salad that we ordered extra chicken and extra dressing we got neither one of them then a hot sandwich that was supposed to feed 4 lol one person could have eaten it and still wanted more this place is a joke we called them and they told it was not enough to refund our money well they don't know me they might rip other people off but not me ill be sending a letter and pics to the BBB this place should be shut down what a joke and I will get my money back...

Service was less than reputable; cashier was loud and obnoxious towards customers and had a rather rude/glaring attitude. Condescending towards customers as well. Food was prepared lazily and was subpar to straight gross; although I don’t expect complete fine dining I’ve received better at this chain. My spicy chicken bowl was ok but was cold in some parts. My moms grilled cheese and tomato soup was practically cheese on a piece of bread with congealed marinara sauce.
