Under staffed! We had to wait 20 plus minutes for our order and by the time we got it it was cold. Had to reorder and was not the same food. Only one person running the bar area and serving 11 tables. They looked worn out and tired.

Order a bunch of different stuff. Only to come home and find so many chicken feathers on my wings. Not good at all. Wings were over fried very stiff very disappointing!

We had some in the group how has silica and there meal had a bun, not a problem it gets sent back and remade and the get sick from it are server was incredible but the chiefs need to learn proper food safety laws

Great food. The bartenders are very nice.Great customer service.Nice greeter.When you walk in the door they greet you.There's always a young lady there when I come in.And the two bartenders that were there very helpful.The food was good.I never had a cheeseburger from you guys and it's very good.I came there twice already, and I will come there.A third time and I have fun and they change the channel.When I asked to watch a different game on the t v that was very nice, they didn't have to.So thank you bartenders

Horrible service and uncomfortable environment to colored people. Walked in to get a seat at bar 4 different employees walked past and not one said anything. A white lady walked in and was able to get service upon arrival.

The place is very old rundown outdated the liquor display is an absolute joke they spread the bottles out to make it look like there's a lot of liquor bottles but there's not a lot there the food was not bad I will say that Buffalo Wild Wings needs a total makeover it will be out of business soon needs a total update you order a mixed drink they're Clueless just being honest

Ordered some hamburgers, wings, salad etc. The wait was 45+ minutes. Hamburgers were coated in grease, overcooked and tasteless. Wings were burnt and hard. Salad looked like it was taken from the same stuff meant to be used on the burgers and wraps. Very disappointing experience. I won't be returning.

The server nick, was spectacular. The kitchen was understaffed and he informed us of this and was extremely communicative the entire time. Making sure our drinks were always topped off. His demeanor was also great. Great jokes too. Very pleasant experience from this great server. A++ to him no doubt.
Chris was an awesome server. Friendly, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly. Made the experience great. Would absolutely come again!
