This is easily the worst branch of buffalo wild wings that I have ever been to, and this is with a lot of experience. Go somewhere else, they are really bad in many different ways.

Gotta say, place has gotten way better lately as far as food quality goes. Service has always been pretty good and friendly.. new management. Don't k ow how long ago, but that may have something to do with all of it. Still never really crowded.They do tend to run out of the limited time sauces quickly...usually good beer selection.

I placed a takeout order with Chris the other night and was very pleased with the result he greeted me when I came in the place looked very clean and he was very nice the food came out fast fresh and hot and he got my order which had extras and items on the side correct I will definitely be back again I love the sports atmosphere and tasty food Thanks again!!!

Used to be one of my favorite places to eat and watch some sports. The last 3 times I've gone, I've had to send my food back because it was made incorrectly. I literally received the wrong food. Once I ordered Buffalo chicken tots, we got barbecue chicken tots. Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with crispy chicken and got a shredded chicken wrap that honestly smelled and looked more like tuna. Another time I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap and it came with no Buffalo... sad, because I used to enjoy going and they had some good food at one point.

Poor service. Food for a table of 3 came out at different times. My wings came out 7 minutes after everyone else's. The waitress only came by 3 times in total. The last time is when I told her to remove my wings as they were cold. Management was too busy behind the hostesses desk to speak with me. Never again.
Had to order here because the one I usually go to when at work didn’t have power. I went in there and was not greeted or anything. Took 10 minutes before a employee didn’t walk right by me and asked if I needed help. I ordered for 3 people and they dumped all our wings into one package despite being ordered separately. And gave us one big ranch cup instead of individual ones. For 3 people 1 ranch cup is a bit awkward. Not great service. Wings were on par with any other Bdubs. Hopefully won’t have to ever order from here. To all I suggest the Bdubs on Roosevelt Blvd. their service is much better.

This is definitely one of the better Buffalo Wild Wings in the area. It’s not common for this specific location to mess up, but sometimes it just happens. Haris, our waiter, was extremely professional, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Unfortunately the kitchen burnt the food. Haris went back and made it right for me and my friend. Just the experience provided by him alone made the visit great. Keep up the great work Haris!

My family and I come here often and always have a great time. The food is always great and so are drinks. They have no problems making adjustments to your order to get you exactly what you want. Most recently we had a waiter named Haris. An amazing young man with excellent communication and costumer services for someone so young. He could be and would deserve to be a manager at such a young age. Great at his job and wonderful work ethic. We watched him diligently clean tables and floors while also making sure we were well taken care of. Best costumer service we’ve had in a long time. We will be back soon and will request him as our waiter.Dietary restrictions: They are more than willing to accommodate any changes you needKid-friendliness: They are always so good to my young son who is autistic and not always the easiest to manage.
