Took the grandchildren for lunch. Service was very slow getting the orders out. Looked like plenty of workers but the manager was moving very slow so i guess the rest followed her lead. I had a hard time finding a clean table. After we ate the kids enjoyed the playground. Afterwards i went thru the drive thru take food home to the wife and the lime was barely moving. When i finely got to the window they fried to give me somebody’s large order. I said no im waiting on1 burger meal. He then said i had to wait for it. 😳

Place is a disaster , manager working the nightshift with tattoos straight rude to customers , yelling at everyone very unprofessional everyone was waiting 15 to 20 min for food instead of being apologetic he was even more rude , cross the road and go to chikfila never go here

Forgot juices for the kids meal on a drive through order. I wasn't even bothered. However the woman working the window gave me an attitude about still waiting at the drive through, and didn't even apologize when I pointed out the order was missing items. Better to go to New Falls location.

My family am i ordered from this Burger King for dinner, we ordered 3 burger meals with onion rings and cheese tots. Can someone please explain to me why i found onion rings thrown onto my burger as i opened the package? Not only that, but they initially forgot to give me my orders of onion rings, i had to swing back around to ask for them. Then, through it all, forgot the cheese tots aswell. When i got home to open the bag.. there was an extra burger, and an extra Diet Coke we did not ask for. I mean thanks, but the customer service and non care for their customers were unbelievably unprofessional.

I ordered two things at the drive-thru, when I got my bag it appeared full so I didn't check, when I got home the bag had only one thing I ordered and 9 napkins balled up. Never going back.

Recently had a birthday party here. Danny the manager went above and beyond to have the space clean and ready with reserved cones blocking off the spot. Really Danny was a huge help from booking it a month ago to the said party, very friendly, and attendant. The kids love the 2 playgrounds, indoor and out. We ordered 25 kids meals at once, they helped out so much from offering to help distribute them, the whole team working 10/18/25 just afternoon deserve a round of applause. As for the regular customers, they were still slinging their food out with great speed, like they didnt even have a party going. Thank you so much BK team! Only PS i would add, they have this sweet little room in the outdoor playground, looks like a training room, it'd be cool if they offered that room foe parties. I saw it had its own bathroom as well, looked nice inside. It may be available, I didnt know it existed until yesterday.

I was on the way back from work and needed to grab a bite to eat so on a rare occasion I decided to eat a whopper on whopper Wednesday. I've been to many fast food locations good and bad and this location has been a great experience. 1. The staff were very polite and worked quick however some remained off-task. A white boy with acne I think his name was John, was a very quick and efficient worker. He was working the kitchen but took time to take my order and proceeded to make my food while there was no one else at the register. He made quick work of my food and my order was done within 2-3 minutes. 2. The food was well, above what I'd expect from a burger king. I ordered a whopper with a large fry and a large fountain drink. The whopper was well put together and wasn't sloppy, the fries were crisp however slightly under salted. 3. The place was well maintained and pretty clean. Overall I liked this burger king and if I had to go to BK this is where I'd go.

Came here Thursday, Sept 25 for a DoorDash pickup. It took them about 5 minutes of standing there waiting for somebody to come up and help me. The two women definitely saw me but didn't care to ask. Then the short black haired girl says nothing, looks at me and I showed her the order, she nods her head and walks off. No update or info or anything. Then they go back to talking to each other. I waited about 12 minutes before the order was given to me which they THREW everything into a big bag, didn't even seal it, then gave me the customers drink COVERED in soda all over the sides. I had to wipe it myself. Bunch of lazy, ignorant people that need to be managed properly.

White boy with the red freckles all over his face ignored me when I walked up to the counter. He also had a know it all attitude and tried to prove a worker wrong out loud. The young lady working the drive thru helped me out instead but even she acted like she didn’t know my order after it was sitting for a few minutes. Also my order was an uber eats order, so why don’t yall put the online mobile orders on the mobile pickup stand??? Two double cheeseburgers took about 15-20 min to make from when I placed the mobile order. Do better
