This was a great place to stop near Sesame Place! They have an indoor and outdoor playground. They were also so nice to me and my family!

Shocked and disgusted. A customer handed a live tortoise over the front counter to an employee—while another staffer wearing food gloves took a photo. When I went back in to speak to the manager, the man was still hanging out in the indoor play area with the tortoise, and I assumed he had kids in there too.
I told the manager (Morgan) that reptiles carry salmonella and that this was a serious health risk. Her response? “What’s the big deal? She washed her hands. She’s just a kid.” Zero concern. No accountability.
This was not quirky or funny—this was dangerous. A tortoise in the play area and behind the counter is a direct health code violation. I reported this to Burger King corporate and the Bucks County Health Department. Avoid this location.

Got a double whopper. It was undercooked and slimy. Manager gave me an attitude about wanting my food to be made fresh. When I got the burger I couldn’t finish it cause the middle was undercooked and I felt like I was eating very low grade food. I come here because it’s close to my job but after several bad experiences I think I’m finally done.

Awful customer service.
Great staff, but the indoor play area is way too hot
The staff here is friendly and provides great service definitely a positive experience on that front.
However, the indoor play area for kids is extremely hot. The temperature was well over 85°F, making it almost unbearable to stay there. It’s disappointing because the play area is one of the main reasons we come with our kids. Hopefully, they can fix the ventilation or A/C soon.

When we went the place was empty. We went through the drive thru, which was fine but when we got our food The burgers were room temperature. The fries were soggy and cold. We were told the ice machine was broken but the soda was also warm and flat. Definitely won't go to this location again.

Horrible. Forget 1/2 the order and workers (kids) playing around and 25min wait time at drive thru.

I only went to this burger king as it is close to my work and I only h a few times as I only have a 1/2 hour lunch. I have tried to order food a few times through the drive-thru. The first time I placed an order I got the wrong burger and I had to go in to correct it as the burger I ordered was more expensive. I've had to wait at the drive through pick up windows for what seems to be an exhortant amount of time a few times being that I was the only one there only to get luke warm food. Today I just ordered onion rings which again were not hot. My stomach has been upset since. I will never return to this location. DONE!
