I was rang up and served by Beto L. He was very rude & dismissive as I was trying to order. He handed me my drink walked off & when my daughter asked for hers he ignored her, then later made it & placed it on top of the drink station & didn’t call us back up to retrieve it. Once I asked he started pointing to where it was at rolling his eyes as if I was bothering him. I stated I was dine in & my food was bagged up not placed and served on a tray. Cheesesteak was very sloppy made & the onions was not sautéed at all & some fries was undercooked. Terrible customer service & a waste of $35!! Don’t waste your money here

Absolute trash, they should be ashamed of themselves for trying to call this garbage a cheesesteak. Never ever ever is it acceptable to put green bell peppers on a steak sandwich and call it a Philly cheese steak, that's like calling a geo metro with a spoiler on it a Ferrari.

Visiting from NYC, I stopped by this place while at the mall with my family, and it really hit the spot! As someone originally from Philly, I’m pretty particular about cheesesteaks, and I’d rate theirs a solid 8/10. The fries? Easily a 9/10—some of the best I’ve ever had!

It’s not often I write long reviews, but I felt this place deserved one. The only downside was the service: the employee at the register didn’t seem very happy, and they don’t offer free refills, even on a slow, quiet night.

Overall, the food quality outweighs the minor drawbacks. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Had a coupon daily code claimed it while I was waiting in line scan the code 3 times and the ladies telling me is not working when clearly the code was scan a couple times and it was not popping up instead of trying to figure out what is going on I try to help a customer they say I have no rewards or nothing that I could claim When I did everything right in front of them in the line so it just walked off and they all looked at me like I wasted their time

Order the small lunch special - roll is doughy, peepers and onions were raw(not even sautéed), more onions and peppers than meat, and no flavor at all!! Definitely not a Philly steak - the cheese is slopped on top and not interspersed throughout the sandwich. Very disappointed - fries were good. Overall, a poor experience

You get your cheesesteak on an open cardboard tray, going to the seat it slipped out and most of the cheesesteak spilled out, I went back to see if they would replace it, was nice about it, register guy seemed optimistic he could get me one, came back a minute later and told me the manager said they couldn't do that, absolutely absurd and poor customer service. Will never go here again.

I order here all the time for lunch.. today I noticed Mold on the jalapenos after she had already put it in my Sandwich. Then when I said something about it they decided to give me a refund and write don't come back on my receipt. They should be ashamed serving customers bad food and then getting mad a customers over it.
