Charley's Philly Steaks

Order the small lunch special - roll is doughy, peepers and onions were raw(not even sautéed), more onions and peppers than meat, and no flavor at all!! Definitely not a Philly steak - the cheese is slopped on top and not interspersed throughout the sandwich. Very disappointed - fries were good. Overall, a poor experience

You get your cheesesteak on an open cardboard tray, going to the seat it slipped out and most of the cheesesteak spilled out, I went back to see if they would replace it, was nice about it, register guy seemed optimistic he could get me one, came back a minute later and told me the manager said they couldn't do that, absolutely absurd and poor customer service. Will never go here again.

The service just keeps going down. I usually love their food. But some of my fries were cold and I started feeling sick after eating it :(

I order here all the time for lunch.. today I noticed Mold on the jalapenos after she had already put it in my Sandwich. Then when I said something about it they decided to give me a refund and write don't come back on my receipt. They should be ashamed serving customers bad food and then getting mad a customers over it.

Idk who the guy at the register is but he has a freaking attitude...i come there time after time and get the same ignorance....and on top of it my sandwich was soggy...

I eat here all the time and this is one of the cleanest Charley’s I have ever seen. The staff is very friendly. Thank you to the team at Charley’s located in Oxford Valley Mall.Well done.

Nice guy at the counter, really attentive, made good food for me. Was to my expectations overall.

Old wrinkly manager is very rude and the way he talks to his customers is actually beyond what I’ve seen. There was a slight miscommunication because I didn’t hear the employee, and they ended up messing up my order. (Mind you I told themfrom the very beginning I just wanted a plain cheese steak with just cheese so I thought that they already knew). I told them that I wanted plain instead of the toppings they added, and the manager started to mock me being on the phone with his hands, and apparently I looked like I was sleeping. And then he told me that I’m lucky that he won’t charge me again for another cheesesteak. It was a simple mistake but the way the manager handled it and spoke to me was beyond anyone should be spoken too. Especially to a customer who is giving them service. I’m surprised he still has a job and with that confidence of his it seems like he’s done it before and will most definitely do it again. Never again thanks to him

Steaks are garbage. They don't even melt the cheese all the way. Some employees dont speak English either. Terrible all around. Get your steaks from somewhere else.

I love how the young man up front makes my strawberry lemonade? and he's always pleasant. I love good customer service.
