This is a wonderful chickfila. They do family nights every Tuesday with a fun variety of kids activities. The food is always good. They staff is always friendly. The cow is fun and is very good with the kids.
I went to the chickfila by oxford valley mall around 12 in the afternoon on Dec. 3rd, through the drive thru
the line was long but moved so fast it didnt feel long at all, I barely waited. employees are very kind, thoughtful, and efficient
I had my dog with me and it was her birthday, and the nice girl working the tablet said she put a note on my order. When I came around to the window, multiple employees working the window and other employees came to the window with a special treat for my dog and sang her happy birthday. I know it sounds silly but its those little touches that really make something special and I appreciated it so much. This chickfila team is a 10000/10.

An employee had friends in the order line that hold it up cause they where chatting instead of taking order. Even the manager was chat with them. Another employee came to help with the line and told her she can't do that it's holding the line up. Vegetable on the #2 deluxe meal didn't taste fresh.
Parking: Close to the restaurant only about 12-15 spots maybe 6 spots for handicap
Usually this place is packed; drive thru lines that loop around the parking lot, but at 3:30pm on a Monday afternoon in September we found it so empty, I thought they were closed. They weren't thankfully, and our food was ready fast, hot and delicious.

I shouldn’t have to check my food to make sure half of it isn’t missing. This is a large fry, not sure what happened to the rest of them. This is a common occurrence at this location.

Most effective drive thru I have ever see drove through with probably 45 other people, in a relatively short period of time.
I've come to realize, McDonald's is notable because of pioneering the QSR system of restaurant layout, Chick-fil-A is there for the excellent customer service model. Pleasurable.
