I don’t use it do reviews like this just for random fast food places, but I usually hold Chick-fil-A to a higher standard in this particular. Chick-fil-A is the slowest one that I ever been to in my life. I am in line right now and I’ve probably been here already 20 minutes. I’m sorry but I’ve never spent this long in a Chick-fil-A line McDonald’s, Burger King, White Castle, but never Chick-fil-A I don’t know what’s going on, but that is an important thing to know...

I did have all five stars on this chick fil a, however I recently changed it to all three stars. The food, service, and overall atmosphere have dramatically dropped. I noticed this started around the time the new Chick-fil-A a few miles down the road opened. This could have absolutely nothing to do with it, just thought I’d mention.
