I ordered a steak burrito and somehow paid good money for disappointment wrapped in a tortilla. The steak had absolutely no flavor, not smoky, not seasoned, not even salty, just tough, chewy chunks that felt like they’d been cooked earlier this week and reheated out of spite. Every bite was a workout, and not in a good way.
To make it worse, ingredients were straight-up missing. Things I asked for simply never showed up, leaving me with a sad, unbalanced burrito that tasted like someone assembled it while actively not caring. Rice and beans can only carry so much when the main protein is this bad.
Calling this “Mexican food” is a stretch at best. There was nothing bold, fresh, or comforting about it, just bland meat, poor execution, and regret. If this is the standard, Chipotle really needs to rethink quality control, portion accuracy, and whatever they think seasoning is supposed to be.
I didn’t expect gourmet, but I did expect edible. I won’t be back anytime soon.

This location has pissed me off for the last time. Any time you order ahead and do a pick up they suffer so much in quality of the meals and they also cheat you out of meals you paid good money for ! Ordered a steak bowl & there is literally two small pieces of steak covered by a ton of beans and everything else. It’s one thing not to give extra meat, it’s another to try and not give you any at all after I paid $13 for this meal !! Rice was stale, quesadillas for my kids were just big balls of cheese barely melted. Guac is huge chucks of avocado not smashed. They just take your money and give you crap. Never coming here again.

Got a steak burrito with queso and quac the portion was so small compared to previous times I ordered here. For $17 the burrito is almost the same size as taco bell burrito and those are small not worth and a waste of money probably won't be coming to this location anymore.

I am very unhappy about my service with this location. They messed up multiple orders and multiple days with today just being ridiculous.
The lemonade was gross and tasted like tap water.
The quesadilla was way over done
Missing a side and half of the other sides
Fiance didn't want beans and they messed up her bowl, added beans and the chicken was cold as soon as we left the store.
I'm very unhappy and recommending folks to not go until they change and start actually training people because this kinda service is ridiculous for the amount they charge.
Thank god my fiance is not allergic to beans or this would have been way worse.
If the manager reads this, I hope they respond back and give me a call bc I'm very upset with this location and the most recent reviews reflect.

The food was cold and an extremely small portion. I ordered the chicken bowl with guacamole. There was very, very little chicken and two small slices of mashed avocado (guacamole), which I paid $2.95 extra. The worse Chipotle bowl I’ve ever had.

Ordered a bowl with guac and chips last night. Guac tasted disgusting as if it was sitting out. Whoever made it didn’t make it correctly. Bowl was lacking flavor and they skimp you as usual. Disappointing. This location needs to focus on food quality. I won’t be back. Chips are always solid though.

Oh boy. This chipotle is always a pigsty. Tables filthy, trash overflowing, drink area dirty. I try avoiding this location whenever possible. For mobile orders they won’t put the orders on the shelves anymore, you have to wait for a staff member to help with pick up. They have a whole shelving unit for mobile orders. Maybe theft is an issue or something but the company clearly wants mobile orders to be placed there, so place it there. The parking lot is a headache (not their fault). I don’t like leaving low reviews but this location is seriously lacking especially in cleanliness.
