Oh boy. This chipotle is always a pigsty. Tables filthy, trash overflowing, drink area dirty. I try avoiding this location whenever possible. For mobile orders they won’t put the orders on the shelves anymore, you have to wait for a staff member to help with pick up. They have a whole shelving unit for mobile orders. Maybe theft is an issue or something but the company clearly wants mobile orders to be placed there, so place it there. The parking lot is a headache (not their fault). I don’t like leaving low reviews but this location is seriously lacking especially in cleanliness.

We came to this place after we visited sesame place. We ordered the extra chicken Chipotle things and we enjoy it a lot. The only thing their portion are always small. I had to add more. While I was preparing my plate, but anyways, chipotle is one of the best that you can eat and that region. Of course, other than having phily steak while being in philadelphia! Also, please take care of the cleanness of the store. Thank you very much for your attention.

I've only come here for UberEats delivery pickup. The staff are amazing, they make it very quick and easy to get me in and out. But they definitely need more staff. I would never ever eat here because the lobby is disgusting every single visit. They usually have someone cleaning and everyone behind the counter is working. Another corporate company understaffing their employees. It's a shame because everyone here is pleasant.
I had to review this location and give it 3 stars. Within the last month or even more, my favorite Chipotle has been stingy with my food. Every order I’ve barely been given any chicken. What happened in the last few months? Get back to the 5 star service!

I've been to numerous chipotle over the years this is the closest one to my house. This is by far the worst I've been too between the amount of food and mess on the tables and floor to the food quality . The final straw for me to write the review was the rudeness of employees. If you hate your job please quit don't be disgruntled with someone who patrons your business as without customers you would have no business.

So I actually left a review on here a while ago and now I’m updating it. If I could give this place negative stars I would. They would have to owe me stars. So against my better judgement I decided to order here again cause my sister wanted chipotle. I told her we should just get it from the Neshaminy location because this one has screwed me over in the past multiple times. Rude and completely mismanaged staff. Well they did it again. I of course should have never went and mobile ordered from this location because I knew they’d let me down and I should’ve checked before I left but I didn’t and that’s what I get. This place is completely inept at running with the current management. Cleanliness is nonexistent. Staff completely botching orders. And poor communication and almost zero resolve and accountability. I hate being that guy to leave reviews because I hate seeing people be a bunch of Karen’s but this place has gotten away with this too much. And there is a reason why it’s rated so poor. So it’s not just me. If anyone higher up in chipotle sees this please do something. Your Neshaminy location is great but this one is a complete joke of an establishment.
