When the reviews are not great, trust, reviews. Today I visited chipotle to pick up food for our employees. Upon entering, I noticed there were four employees at the front area for pick up joking, and playing . After announcing who I was They handed me a bag and out the door I went. After traveling 25 minutes back to My business it was discovered four items were missing. When I returned to the store, I showed the manager the bag Had a receipt attached That noted bag 1 of 1. When I asked why this was all he would say was mistakes happen. It’s no big deal. I can say the food at chipotle is not good enough to receive low level customer service. This is the third time items were missing from my order, and this is the last time I will ever order from chipotle again trust the reviews

1st visit -Portion size was extremely disappointing. I'll wait to make a second visit and hope they have worked out all the kinks.2nd visit - Amazing service and portion sizes.3rd Visit(mobile-order) - Another great experience. Bumping up to 4 start!4th visit - Portion size was small again and they were running out of food. Overheard employee complaining about coworker (who was supposed to have the food prepared) taking long break.5th Visit- again portion size was lacking. Dropping to 3 stars. Food was tasty.

The food was delicious and served in a large portion. However, the restaurant was dirty. We had to clean off our table before sitting down to eat. Also, the staff seemed very miserable and underappreciated. They were working very hard, just not in a positive, happy way. For me, there are better choices available for fresh, Mexican food.

They serve beans+chicken mixed forVeggie orders.Chipotle on Rt 1 business langhorne is the worst. After waiting behind 10 people in line, I was ordering 2 veggie bowls, and that stupid staff almost served me chicken pieces soaked in black beans container along with black beans.I complained to Store manager right there and she was even bigger moron. She was very okay with this, didn't say almost anything.Delayed my dinner by almost an hour.Never going back there or may be no Chipotle anymore.

wow this is the wrose , i place an order to be delivery to my house , and after waiting for 2 hours try to call the restaurant and they dont answer the , they took the money , never get the delivery , and they dont answer the call .... so i lost my money , no refund , no food , call door dash and they cant even contact the driver .....well never again ..... this really sucks .

Polite staff, fresh ingredients. Went to another location 30+ times and stopped into this one since I was in the area. Now I drive to this one instead every time because of how much fresher their rice, cheese, chicken, and salsa are.
I had a very good experience with my take out order everything was fresh and cooked well, I asked the kid who helped me he was courteous and very helpful and very Patient name was Conner, I will definitely go
