Placed an order on line. Tried to cancel and there’s no way to cancel. I called the store and was told I had cancel on line. Tried to explain to the guy that there’s no way to cancel. He told me that he couldn’t help me. Will never order from them again.

Leaving a 5 star review because only the (top reviews) are seen first. Went to this Cinnabon to buy 6 Cinnabon (6pack) and they refused service even with freshly made Cinnabon sitting in the case. Their excuse was we can’t sale a 6 pack. What?!? Why is it advertised?!?They have very poor customer service!!!!

I have the cinnabon app and was provided an offer. When I went to this cinnabon to redeem I was told they could not accept it.
We do like cinnabon so in the future we will try to find another location.

Although the lady at the counter was nice. I asked if the boxed cinnabuns were fresh and she yes. I was very dissapointed when I brought these home to my family. They were hard & definitely NOT fresh! If I'm going to pay $17-$20 for them they should atleast taste good.

Disgusting… does not even taste the same , you can look at it and tell the recipe was changed ,(if you were a person who once loved them ) taste like something you can purchase at a local grocery, not much icing at all and is definitely not the size it use to be , I will no longer make any purchases from any location … I don’t have a picture because I was instantly disappointed after my first bite and trashed it

Lady at the register was SO nice! She offered to make fresh cinnamon twists right before closing, but I just got something else instead because I didn’t want them to have to bake right before closing.
