Every single time we order from this place, they screw up the order, the delivery, literally everything. Better to order from another place! THESE PEOPLE WILL SCREW UP YOUR ORDER!!!
To be more specific: we ordered 4x from this place in the last 6 months. The last 3 orders were incorrect.
First, ordered a salami and yellow pepper pizza, the salami didn't come through on their side of the system. Called it a wash and they replaced the pizza.
Second, cinnamon twists came with the order and some of them were eaten. They gave us points.
Third, I ordered a tomato and bacon pizza, they didn't put on the bacon. They remade the pizza and sent it. I also asked them to call when it arrived, they did not despite taking down the number. Additionally, the pizzas were not cut well (some slices were on or two fingers wide while others wider than my hand), and they do not read the delivery instructions provided through the app.
So in total: they'll screw up your order and give you the wrong food, they'll possibly eat some of it in transit, they cut it poorly, they don't follow delivery instructions and when I called to let them know the driver didn't call and just dropped the pizza on the porch the store took the call and left the phone off the hook until I disconnected.
They are disrespectful, unrepentant, terrible service, and want you to shut up about it. Don't order here. Little Caesars at least puts in effort. Ordering from a new Dominoes after this.

This place is the worst dominoes I have literally ever bought from and I am livid that it's my local chain. Normally I actually love Dominoes, but this place is making me consider deleting the app. The food is decent. What you expect from dominoes, but the service, the food prep, the delivery.. literally everything except the food is awful. They even mess up orders here constantly. They don't care and they don't care if you hate them.

The food is what you'd expect from dominoes but they always mess up my orders. They'll sometimes try to fix it, but they also don't care enough and if you call to complain about the service they'll stop answering your calls. Horrible place. Don't eat here.

Pizza was fantastic. Praveen provide me best service. He made it very good the pizza. He guide me on toppings on pizza especially for vegetarian. Now onwards I will prefer this store only.

My order was late and when I called to ask about an updated delivery time, I was told they were rushing to remake it and deliver it asap. Another 45 minutes later, nothing. I called the store again and was told it was delivered. I checked the door step and my Ring camera in case I missed something, no dominos to be found. I was told by the staff that the pizza was delivered to my house, the driver had just returned and attested to that. I asked if maybe it had gone to the wrong address and they swore up and down it was at my house and then started accusing me of lying about it. Why would I lie about this 2 hours after placing an order? Turns out the next morning, my neighbor two doors down woke up to pizza on her doorstep and called the store to see who had ordered it. I called asking for a refund after hearing she got the pizza and was told it wasn’t possible, then that a manager would return my call but never did. Horrible customer service and no common sense. I ordered from this store at least once every two weeks or so and I never will again.

I order from this place often and I’m never disappointed with the timing, quality or service. So I decided to use them for a community event. They recognized me as a valued customer and were happy to help. It’s great when a business supports their local communities!

Service was excellent at this dominos. The gentleman who took my order was very nice and seemed like he really enjoyed his job. Food was also really good and I got it pretty quickly. There is a dominos closer to my house but I always go to this one because the service is much better. Would highly recommend!
