Good polite staff. 2days in a row. Ordered 2 loaded hashbrowns, got them perfect. Couldnt get the name of the gentleman and the lady. Both the days. Must visit if you want to be treated like a good customer.

Best DD ever! They nail my drinks EVERYTIME. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The store is always clean so are restrooms. I have a standing appt in the area every week so that's when I get the very best!

I had a great experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. The 2 workers Joelle and Chase were great. They both were working really hard making sure the store was clean and their customers service was excellent!!

Stopped at this location because it’s nearest to where I live because my coffee machine at home broke this morning. I noticed the line was not long which I can see why now. After ordering at the drive-thru I come up to the window and the young man proceeds to talk to me and not really paying attention to the medium hot coffee I ordered and was sitting waiting for me me. Long and short the lid was not on the cup all the way. He proceeds to hand it to me and the lid pops off as he’s handing it off and I get scolding hot coffee spilling out on my arm and hand. It splashed onto my clothes and got all over my Fitbit watch. That wasn’t the worst of it. The lady working inside proceeds to say to me the lid was on. She showed no concern if I was ok etc. I said to her…”are you really freaking arguing with me? This DD is the worst. I’ve gone here before and had bad experiences but I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt and tried again! I don’t care how close they are to my house. I will never go there again! Rude and ignorant. Par for the course of what owns and runs it!

Today. 6/15/25. This is the second time going through drive-thru - receiving the wrong food. They don't answer the phone either when you call them. Now I have to run back again and tell them of their error

They had only about 6 kinds of donuts and most of them were scantily frosted and the 2 filled they had really had no filling I originally was going to buy a dozen and only bought 6 ended up throwing half away cause the family wouldn't eat them they were so bad

Good only coffee. They need to charge their oven. Everything every time is burned. Idk what is with their hash browns. Always hard as a rock. Just terrible

Nicest Dunkin around. Sweet staff and friendly atmosphere. Easy to enjoy food. Had a very pleasant experience.
Very friendly stuff. Food is good, and they always have French Crullers, when no one around has them.

There was another customer giving the staff a hard time about the order they received in the drive through earlier in the morning. The man wanted his money back and would not leave until he got it back. It was clear that the owner was going to take the money the worker was short from giving it back to the customer ( she didn’t serve) from her pay check! I think it’s a disgrace that there is no management onsite or even available to contact when these types of situations happen. These kids make very little money to be in charge of everything. I’m surprise you even have employees! I will never come back for the sole reason that management does such a poor job with supporting their employees. Btw, we left the cashier a large tip to cover the refund. Shame on you for not being available.
