There was another customer giving the staff a hard time about the order they received in the drive through earlier in the morning. The man wanted his money back and would not leave until he got it back. It was clear that the owner was going to take the money the worker was short from giving it back to the customer ( she didn’t serve) from her pay check! I think it’s a disgrace that there is no management onsite or even available to contact when these types of situations happen. These kids make very little money to be in charge of everything. I’m surprise you even have employees! I will never come back for the sole reason that management does such a poor job with supporting their employees. Btw, we left the cashier a large tip to cover the refund. Shame on you for not being available.

An order taker at the drive through refused to refund my gift card balance after I cancelled my order when the cups had ice and cream at the bottom. Order taker told me that I should have asked them to remove ice instead of telling them to remove ice because there was ice coming out the top of my cup which happened before at this location. This location serves undercooked sandwiches and poor quality drinks for at least a year. I only went back because I had a gift card that they stole 9 dollars off of.

One of the only Dunkin’ Donuts that has been consistent with the quality of my orders. The staff is always friendly, service is quick and donuts are fresh. I don’t usually write reviews, especially for franchises, but this location deserves five stars.
