There was a hair in my doughnut and I told the cashier. She told me it was mine. I have short hair and none of its grey. She did give me my money back and she said I won’t be served when I come back next time. She said she’s not stupid and she’ll check the cameras. I told her to check them because I don’t need to steal $2.00’s from anyone.

Because of a mistake by the cashier wearing a headscarf my order was ready but my coffee sat there and got cold instead of admitting her mistake she was extremely rude arrogant and completely disrespectful telling me if you dont like waiting order delivery this behavior is unacceptable I wont come back to this location

The absolute worst experience at a fast food establishment…….EVER! LITERALLY. I was charges for three drinks and one donut. I ordered two drinks and one donut. I brought to the attention of the gentleman who rung me up. A very rude and condescending woman inserts herself; talking to my daughter and I as if we’re in kindergarten. I had told her just like she is a grown woman, so are we and we would like to be spoken to as such. She must not she understood the true concept of what had just said because she still insisted upon talking to us as if we were children. She began cutting us off. I asked for my receipt back and she refused a few times until I had to inform her that I am a paying customer. My daughter and I were telling them what the issue is but she still insisted upon not speaking with respect and providing customer service….AT HER JOB WHILE ON THE CLOCK. She said she wanted to know what drinks we got and my daughter advised her no she wasn’t because she was too busy ARGUING with ME. She then chastised my daughter like she’s not a 19 year old grown woman. I asked her if she is the manager she said no. I asked MULTIPLE times where is a manager, someone over her; AGW CONTINUED to refuse. Mind you, I still hadn’t been provided a reins for the drink they charged me for. I then asked her for her name so that she could reported to whomever is in charge of that stand. I was told to mind my business. What I really wanted to do was get a refund on my entire order at that point because HOW DARE THIS LADY, and while she is at work! 🫤 Make a long story short, she told me to meet her outside so I can see about what she could do to me. She is 100% lucky that I didn’t go hopping over that counter at that point. She did all that to impress a whole bunch of people standing around watching the entire thing pan out. Same people telling security in another store what she had said to me. Terrible experience to say the very very least.

Food is generally always poor when I get it. Coffee is far too sugary as are the refreshers and the food is often burned or just does not taste well. I hate to say this but it is definitely not up to par with other Dunkin' locations.

I honestly feel like there needs to be a new coffee place in the mall because I couldn’t tell you have disappointed these last three visits have been, just unenjoyable, from making orders wrong to ignoring you while they take a personal phone call to filling up the cup half way, i’m just overall confused as to what happened to this place

Last week, I came to this location and ordered a medium with cream and a couple packets of sugar on the side. Only to find out that they ran out of sugar. Then, I come back a week later (today) and they still don’t have sugar. So, I had to go around the food court asking the different restaurants for sugar. Finally, when I had gotten the sugar from another place, my coffee was cold. I then, went back to Dunkin and asked one of the employees if she could warm up my coffee. She told me that she couldn’t do it because I had already drank from it. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin Donuts. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I went through all of that trouble to buy from your establishment, and then had to drink a cold coffee because of Dunkin’s unpreparedness. You would think that if they could charge you $7 for 2 pieces of bread and a cold coffee, the least they could do is warm up your coffee. And if they couldn’t do that, they should’ve served me another one. It would’ve been the least that they could’ve done due to their unpreparedness. This is a very bad experience and I have been going to them for years.

I went in on Friday July 5th around 6 pm to get a small iced caramel latte with cold foam. i was waiting for my coffee having a clear visual of the worker whilst making my drink and i saw her pull out whipped cream instead of cold foam and another employee informed her that i did not want whipped cream but wanted cold foam that i paid extra for. instead the worked pressed down the whipped cream and put a lid on top. when I said this is not cold foam but whipped cream she tried to gaslight me into saying this was cold foam giving me an attitude at the same time. i did not like the staff they were very rude and lying straight to my face. i won’t be back and i don’t recommend.
