I had a very disappointing experience at the Pizza Kitchen inside Sesame Place. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was shockingly poor — not a single staff member greeted us with courtesy or even basic professionalism. Everyone we encountered was either rude, dismissive, or completely uninterested in helping. The food itself was far from acceptable: overpriced, bland, and barely warm, with portion sizes that did not justify the cost. What made it worse was the complete lack of attention to guests — no one checked in, smiled, or seemed to care that we were clearly unsatisfied. For a family-friendly park, this level of service is unacceptable. It felt like we were more of a burden than customers. I wouldn’t recommend dining here to anyone visiting the park.

The food was ok, but don't mobile order. That time saver cost us waiting an extra 45 minutes to not have ice available for our drinks. Booo. Two thumbs down. Hire more help and a manager to handle problems before they are out of hand .

The food at this place here is terrible. no covers for fountain drinks and paper straws. how do you screw up pizza so horribly? ask this place. inedible, and for $15 a serving, maybe go buy a $12 hotdog instead.

The staff is very nice, unlike most reviews elmos eatery is NOT a buffet. They have pizza, chicken tenders, nuggets, waffle fries, and Mac n cheese.
