I usually don’t leave reviews but the service was so good, I saved the receipt and here we are. Per our receipt, Connor G. was the one who took our order and gave us our food. He was super friendly and made our dining experience great. As a business owner myself these are the employees you want to keep and enrich. I hope the guy gets more opportunities to grow with Five Guys because he clearly showed that customer service matters and I took notice. Hopefully in our travels...

I love five guys but the menu has changed. Now you are charged for a double burger when before it came like that automatically. Still I love the food burger was delicious fries were to salty to the point I began to cough after eating them. So informed the manager he was so nice apologized made me another order and he gave me a soda for the inconvenience. My only complaint was the cashier who I feel was rude I informed her that I just my needle injections in my eyes just prior...

First time coming here. I saw multiple employees washing hands and changing gloves. Definitely liked seeing that. The floors were sticky while waiting in line, probably just from customers but definitely noticeable. Other than that, place is clean, no dust on the ceiling lamps. Good job Five Guys
