Ordered steak egg cheese on pumpernickel bagel. I'm watching them make it and I see them douse the steak with salt and I stopped her and said no salt. She redoes the steak no salt but does the same with pepper. I take the sandwich. It was way to much pepper. Suggestion - ask the customer if they want salt and pepper! Almost $8 for a breakfast sandwich i couldn't eat.

I do not know how this place is still in business. It looks dirty inside. And I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. And the chicken look old and slimy. I did not eat it at all. Just throw it away and the service sucked. The guy just stood there Talking to his co-worker the whole time.

I ordered two egg and cheese on croissants they only made one so when I said I needed a second one they told me they had no more croissants so they made it on a wrap. My order was to go and when I got home the people that they were for the wrap was squashed and the one sandwich that they made on the croissant the croissant was burned badly. I also ordered and everything bagel and a plain bagel and the everything bagel was burned for being a Manhattan Bagel and how much they charge for their food I will never go back to that Manhattan Bagel and for that matter never again will will I go to anyone because that one ruined me

I was given an attitude along with three cups of hot water and three packets of hot chocolate mix to mix myself.I would have given one star except for the fact that a coworker actually bothered to come over and give me a stirrer so that I could stir the mix into the hot water.If I ordered coffee would they give me hot water and a K-Cup?
