Had coupon for 4 free bagels on a dozen. When I got home, I was shorted 2 bagels. Count your bagels before leaving.

Maybe instead of replying to reviews saying you drive for a seamless experience and trying to get people to take down bad reviews, you guys should take a look within the business for these problems and fixing them rather than saying you will and still doing absolutely nothing. You’re confused why you’ve had a steady decline in business but every single person that comes into that store has a problem no matter the day or time. Clearly YOU ARE THE PROBLEM

Why is it that every time I come and ask for a bagel toasted dark it’s not toasted at all. On top of that today when I came in once again my order was wrong and they got mad that I refused to GO BEHIND THE COUNTER to make a hot chocolate!!!that is your job not the customer. This place needs to be shut down

Disappointed in how my time at the register was handled. Paid for 2 bagels. Used credit card. Worker behind the counter WALKED OFF before I was even finished dealing with paying. Had to reach over to get my own dang receipt.

Not only that, disappointed to see this is the ONLY Manhattan Bagel who does not work to stop food waste on To Good To Go app. Every other one in a 5 mile radius is part of the app.

Ever since the workers and mgmt changed it has been going downhill.

I ordered an omelette wrap and was very disappointed with what I received. The portion size was extremely small—more suitable for a child’s meal than a regular order. It feels like the business is deliberately cutting back on portions to reduce costs, which comes across as unfair to customers. On top of that, even simple items like ketchup packets are kept behind the counter, making it obvious they’re trying to save on every little expense. Overall, the cutbacks are very noticeable and take away from the customer experience. I highly recommend avoiding this particular place. You’ll be 110% disappointed.

Ordered steak egg cheese on pumpernickel bagel. I'm watching them make it and I see them douse the steak with salt and I stopped her and said no salt. She redoes the steak no salt but does the same with pepper. I take the sandwich. It was way to much pepper. Suggestion - ask the customer if they want salt and pepper! Almost $8 for a breakfast sandwich i couldn't eat.

Bagel With Atlantic Lox & Cream Cheese
Total rip off for $9.99. There was LiTTLE lox, skimpy onion, and no tomato on this so called sandwich. Poor to indifferent service, as well. Will not return to Manhatten Bagel. Sad! Sunday morning, June 9, 2024.

I do not know how this place is still in business. It looks dirty inside. And I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. And the chicken look old and slimy. I did not eat it at all. Just throw it away and the service sucked. The guy just stood there Talking to his co-worker the whole time.
