I ordered a toasted multi grain BLT at 11:05 am today Well my sandwich was not wrapped correctly and it fell out on the table all over from the error of the wrapping. Sandwich was not toasted as requested. I will try again but was disappointed today

Fresh bagels and great customer service! Ate inside and was greeted by multiple employees who were more than happy to take my order. One order of bagels came out wrong, so they gave me 2 free bagels to take home and fixed the order right away. Also they coat their bagels on both sides which makes a huge difference! Will be going here again!

The Dutch chocolate muffin was still half frozen. Highly disappointed.

I went for a coffee & muffin yesterday, my first visit to any Manhattan Bagel. I was pleased to learn that they had fall themed coffee and muffin. So, I couldn't wait to get a pumpkin muffin and autumn roast. My mom went in for me because it was pouring rain and I'm in a wheelchair, so it was easier for my mom to go in. She called me and said that they were out of the pumpkin muffins and out of the autumn roast coffee. I was already disappointed. Fortunately, the staff made a fresh canister. But I had to get a different muffin. I got the dutch chocolate. When I got home and unwrapped the muffin and gently pulled the paper from it; the whole bottom and sides were stuck. What I was left with was a half of bottomless muffin. The rest was just stuck and fell apart. This was not a good impression for a first visit. But I gotta say, the coffee was good and I'm glad they made a fresh canister.
A very good place for telecommuting. This location recently installed WiFi. There are a good number of power outlets along interior and exterior walls.
