The Crispy Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Cherry Peppers IS spicy thanks to those peppers. I enjoyed it. The Tatter Tots were made perfectly, toasted crunch on the outside and soft on the inside! The only part of the order that was not good were the Parmesan Fries, they were dry and lacked flavor. Otherwise, tasty food, much more to try this menu.
This place needs a major customer service and staffing overhaul. They are on the right track with the food, but really need to up their staffing situation, customer satisfaction will improve. Service is lacking, slow, rude, and you can tell most of the workers there could care less about the customer.
I got the chicken melt and parm tots. Around $15 no drink. Bit much imo, but inflation and all.. the chicken sandwich is good flavor, but really needs to be pounded flatter. The center was so thick and the edges were just cheese. The tots were good and I heard the loaded tots were good too. We won't be back though. For 3 of us it was about $50-55. I'd rather get cheaper fast/prepared food or pay more at a restaurant.
