Absolutely horrible. These people should be ashamed of themselves, first time coming here and won't be going back. First red flag when I was ordering the girl taking my order kept giving me a strange look I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times before she could comprehend I order 2 original corndog and 2 potato. Then she said everything should be about 8 minutes. 8 minutes turned into 45 minutes. After some time I went back and ordered a milk tea boba and Ten minutes went by she did not make it I had to remind her and she said oh sorry it's been busy but she had time to keep going to the back to talk to coworkers. Eventually when I got the tea it looked like dirty pot water with boba. Absolutely disgusting. Eventually after receiving food it looked disgusting overcooked and saturated in oil. For the price of the food not worth it spent almost 40 dollars the experience should be a little bit better. And the one girl making the food kept coming from the back to the front touching register with same gloves. And it's 3 young girls in there none of them know what they are doing.

There was a wonderful woman who served us. She had a ponytail, beautiful nails, and lovely makeup. I wasn't able to catch her name, but she was incredibly kind, and made ordering a joy! The other worker gave me my food, I wish I could have told her how great she was!
The wait was ridiculous for 4 hot Cheeto corn dogs. They came out very sloppy made and I can tell the oil they used to fry it in was OLD. Very short staffed you guys need more workers. Will not be back here, I’m better off going to the Mochinut in Elkins Park.

I love the taste of the donuts, Lynn was a very exciting person and explained in details what kind of fantastic journey my taste buds would go on. 10/10 rate ???

I rated one because I've never been here. Stop stalking every place I drive by and assume I've been there!!! Lol
The milk tea was not good. Will not come back here for more.

Disappointing, and expensive. $36 for a dozen, and at least 3 or 4 were stale. And way too many sticky notes all over the place.

worst brown sugar boba tea i’ve ever had. softest boba with no flavor. had to ask for brown sugar to be added and it still didn’t help it from just being a cup a milk. came not sealed with just an icee lid on top. also everything including sauces had a sign saying sold out.

Got 2 corn dogs and the milk tea. The single worker was very friendly, however the food was another story. The corn dogs had different thicknesses of batter, but both were super thick (at least 2.5 inch diameter on a .5 inch dog). Squeezing the outside resulted in a bit of oil squeezing out. On top of that, this is the first place I've seen serving corn dogs without ketchup, mustard, or any sauce at all.As for the milk tea, you can definitely tell it's made with powder, which had weak tea flavor and was still a little grainy. I couldn't even finish half of it and threw the rest out. Mochinut is usually great but definitely not this one.FYI: came at 6:30 and they were out of boba and coffee. Most places with enough traffic would make more if someone ordered but not this place.
