Our waitress was very young and seemed new. She ignored us most of the time, forgot things we requested, and was difficult to flag down. She was polite, however. The food was great, as always. The restaurant is nice and cozy and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

The quality has gone downhill. I ordered a corned beef special, and the corned beef was over 1/3 fat. The server saw my pile of fat and said, "That is pretty bad. You can pay an uncharge for lean. " The vegetable soup was very good.

The man in the deli department used his bare hand to wipe my food off of the serving spoon! He also sliced my corned beef with bare hands. Sorry, this is unacceptable in any food establishment! He claimed to have just washed his hands, I don’t care, wrong answer. WEAR GLOVES! It’s standard practice these days.

Needless to say, I don’t trust them now especially when I don’t see my food being prepared. What other dirty habits are going on where we can’t see the food prep. Done and done!

* On a positive note, the Corned Beef was paper thin and tender.

They should not put you on DoorDash for pick up only for delivery. They charge you 20% more for DoorDash than a normal pick up so I will never go back there again.

Ordered a sandwich and they gave me a Ruben. I am lactose intolerant so I didn't want cheese on it and when I got home it had cheese on it. I was really disappointed. The corned beef was good but I had to throw away more then half the sandwich. The staff was young and very chatty, when I went in. I guess if they just listened to my request the order would have been perfect! I might give them another chance.

$18.50 for a turkey and cheese on white bread and they forgot the mayo. It's laughable. Tried to get my father a nice meal while he was hospitalized. Won't be back.

Delicious food; friendly, attentive wait staff; owner, owner's family, and staff often request feedback from customers. I love this place!

Expensive foods. We were so excited to find a Jewish dinner hoping we’d get the good lox bagel. It’s thin, not chewy, and super skimpy on the fish. The pastrami on rye was much better flavor. One nice thing is they slide the meat to order so it’s fresh but slow service with one guy at the slicer taking his time. Over $35 for 2 sandwiches and left dissatisfied.

Didn't get my pork roll. They put cheese on my sandwich. I am allergic to cheese. I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich. As you can see on the receipt. I guess paying attention to detail isn't something they do. Very disappointed. Wasted $45.
