This place was terrible, overall.
A simple cheeseburger was $18. Add French fries another $9.00 (27.00 for a burger and fries, what gives. My adult son ordered a chicken sandwich.
It came with s miniscule piece of chicken not fit for a kid, between two pieces of bread. This was sent back to the kitchen. Ugh! Even the beer prices were a rip off. Better off going to O'Neal in Hoboken. The food would be better, as well.

The food and service was great. But the Smell!!!!! The carpet needs to be changed. It smells so bad that you can’t even enjoy the food.

We have been there three times and every time we have had this one waitress that for some odd reason she always gives ne and attitude and the last time I was there she was so rude and her attitude was so nasty that when she was putting the cheese on my pasta she was actually shredding the cheese on me and I had to tell her twice you shredding the cheese on me stop and she just look at me like she didn't understand what I was saying to her I will not go to this place again

I always prefer local gems to the chains and do not always reveal them when I find them. Olive Garden is almost an Italian comfort food stop. I enjoy the salad, bread sticks and Toscana soup. This time I opted for the Stuffed Marsala Chicken (again) and it was excellent. Not a word I use often for chain meals, but it was. Try it if you want a change. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Service was so bad! If I was a bad person I woukd have left 0 tip it was that awful. And we were the only table there! They were not crowded. No breadsticks, no refills, no silverware even. Had to eventually get a manager for drinks and plates after 1 basket of breadsticks and then he never came back of course. Mind you we got the unlimited soup salad and breadsticks so refills are the entire point! No drinks til end of meal. Just terrible.

Tour of Italy was awesome.
Food is always good here, they need to bring back reservations and call aheads! The service can be questionable. Sometimes the servers are prompt and responsive, other times they have been neglectful at best..
