Came here while visiting SP. The first time i had a sesame boba and a rose boba. The rose was SO delicious that i ordered it again when we visited SP for 4th of july about a year or so later. It tasted better the first time but still good. And the sesame was very good too. Also got a veggie bun it was so good but i wish they had been better stocked. It was the last one.

The drinks are fine but the staff are very rude and everything is usually out of stock. I went in to get a mango green tea, I asked for this. The person did not hear me and my son only noticed the mistake after she rang us up. I politely told her there was a mistake and she got so angry and rude. She told me that I should have told her, and I said that I did because I did. Then she said that she didn’t hear me and that she didn’t have enough boba for my drink. I said ok, that’s ok, don’t worry about it. Then, she made it like it was my mistake that she didn’t hear me by saying that I had to tell her sooner, I corrected her again and told her that I did tell her as soon as my son noticed it on the receipt. She hadn’t made the drink yet. Seriously, so rude, no apology for her mistake and then giving me attitude over it. Clearly, need better customer service. Won’t be coming back, there are a lot of places around with better customer service.

Stopped by yesterday and got a strawberry matcha. Today I stopped by since it was so good. And the worker today was rude and not even offering other options to be similar to the drink I got. She was rude and said the boss isn’t here so I can’t make anything else.
Their brown sugar boba is very tasty, love the jasmine green tea jelly too. would try sesame boba next time on a weekend.

Io and his team are excellent at their job. Amazing selection of beverages and snacks, pre-packed food items. Lot of options. Creating a drink or beverage all by hands is truly an art of work. It is not simple like drive and pay at one window, and pick up at the next window. Handcrafted boba pearls are truly delicious and feels really fresh. Plenty of parking. Right off the highway. Great customer care service. Keep up the good job team.

A small store with great taste. I used to believe it is for kids and young guys only and it is not healthy. Actually it provides a lot of variety with no sugar, less sugar (25%) and others. Of course it still satisfies your sweet teeth but in a healthy way. At first I didn't know how to order it but the associate guided me to get what I wanted. Great taste, warm greeting and friendly associates. I will recommend it to everyone.

There was a mishap with my drinks yesterday but the manager insisted I accept fresh and remade drinks on the house today with no questions asked. Very good customer service and accepting staff. The atmosphere is great and the store is so cute, they have claw machines and little items you can purchase. I will definitely be coming here more.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this establishment when it first opened and have been going back regularly since. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The Boba is always fresh every time I visit. My family and I have our favorites, but all their drinks are made fresh right in front of you. They do offer side dashes as well that are very tasty. I definitely would recommend this place to visit.
