The best Philly Pretzel Factory store in the area. Owners Shaun/Brian and their whole team of workers have always provided my family the best customer service over the years. Their custom pretzels are always guaranteed to make any special event even better. In a time where customer service and quality seem to be lacking, this place has kept their high standards with every order we have placed. Thank you all again!

I recently visited from Texas (originally from Philly) and was so excited to take my daughter to get an authentic Philly pretzel. The owner, Brian, gave my daughter a true VIP experience! His sister, Melissa, was equally as awesome and helped my daughter make some pretzels on her own! I can honestly say the staff there AND the delicious pretzels are a perfect 10/10!!!

I called to ask them when they were closing, stating I was on my way but, I hoped to get to them 5 min before closing. It took me longer to get there than expected and I arrived a few minutes after closing and the door was locked. They opened the doors for me to come in and I was able to get soft pretzels for my son's 6th birthday. Thank you for letting me in after closing. My son's classmates loved the pretzels!

I asked for a custom Celtic cross pretzel be made for a very special person. They did not disappoint! And, their customer service is supurb. My 50th High School reunion is this year and I will not hesitate to have a custom pretzel or pretzels (favors) ordered for our event. I highly recommend Philly Pretzel Factory Langhorne for that “something special:)

Best pretzels and even better people

Ordered a tray for the Super Bowl. Food was delicious and right on time!

Great customer service, and just an all around nice place !

We used to get a completely custom pretzel every year from them for the Christmas holiday. Only ever had one issue when what we ordered (family feud) came as wheel of fortune for our game night one time.

This year we went to order a custom pretzel and got a bit of grief from someone through Facebook where they just wanted to offer us a standard shaped pretzel with individual letters to spell out what it was supposed to be.

Cost was never a problem for us, I being a baker in my previous life know that custom bakery items are not cheap if you want quality. That's why we always went back because they surprised us with their creativity every year.

This year it seems they didn't really want to entertain us. We decided that we were going to end the tradition because we felt disrespected when communicating with them. I will also be taking my standard pretzel orders elsewhere.

I realize that you probably could have filled the time the design took with like 5 more "regular" orders and made a little more profit, but it's a shame this had to end.

The owner, Brian, is exceptionally amazing! Thank you for going out of your way today.

Placed an order for pick up at 1:50 arrived at 3:30 before they close at 4. They gave my order away. They said it was because “no one took down my order”, but how is that possible when the guy asked for my name and number..I think they said it in an attempt to cover the fact that they gave my ordered away without even a call or trying to make up for it. Then proceeded to tell me there was no more left. I just think they didn’t want to make any so they just told me there was no more left.

Thank you for responding! Unfortunately that was my experience. Id be happy to point out who i talked to when i walked in. I don't remember who i spoke with on the phone but i know on what day and time to better figure out who it was. The teenage boy at the front was asking i assume the baker bc when i asked for my order he went to the back to ask someone but i didnt see them nor did they come out to tell me anything.

Some of the nicest people around. I’m in medical sales and every time I bring these pretzels my accounts are thrilled. They have also gotten me out of plenty of jams where I hit them with a big order late. They are always so willing to help And just overall really fantastic people. I always get a party tray for any party I’m hosting or attending and it is always the highlight of the party. I highly recommend using this specific pretzel factory if you are looking for the best pretzels and the best people.

Can’t thank Philly Pretzel enough for the pretzel of my dog… AMAZING and delicious! And the owner is very nice to boot!

Great place. Pretzels are always 100% fresh and for the most part, staff is usually super friendly. Only downfall is this locations parking. There is very limited availability as there are literally 6 parking spots.
