Philly Pretzel Factory Langhorne

We used to get a completely custom pretzel every year from them for the Christmas holiday. Only ever had one issue when what we ordered (family feud) came as wheel of fortune for our game night one time.

This year we went to order a custom pretzel and got a bit of grief from someone through Facebook where they just wanted to offer us a standard shaped pretzel with individual letters to spell out what it was supposed to be.

Cost was never a problem for us, I being a baker in my previous life know that custom bakery items are not cheap if you want quality. That's why we always went back because they surprised us with their creativity every year.

This year it seems they didn't really want to entertain us. We decided that we were going to end the tradition because we felt disrespected when communicating with them. I will also be taking my standard pretzel orders elsewhere.

I realize that you probably could have filled the time the design took with like 5 more "regular" orders and made a little more profit, but it's a shame this had to end.

Placed an order for pick up at 1:50 arrived at 3:30 before they close at 4. They gave my order away. They said it was because “no one took down my order”, but how is that possible when the guy asked for my name and number..I think they said it in an attempt to cover the fact that they gave my ordered away without even a call or trying to make up for it. Then proceeded to tell me there was no more left. I just think they didn’t want to make any so they just told me there was no more left.

Thank you for responding! Unfortunately that was my experience. Id be happy to point out who i talked to when i walked in. I don't remember who i spoke with on the phone but i know on what day and time to better figure out who it was. The teenage boy at the front was asking i assume the baker bc when i asked for my order he went to the back to ask someone but i didnt see them nor did they come out to tell me anything.

Some of the nicest people around. I’m in medical sales and every time I bring these pretzels my accounts are thrilled. They have also gotten me out of plenty of jams where I hit them with a big order late. They are always so willing to help And just overall really fantastic people. I always get a party tray for any party I’m hosting or attending and it is always the highlight of the party. I highly recommend using this specific pretzel factory if you are looking for the best pretzels and the best people.

Great place. Pretzels are always 100% fresh and for the most part, staff is usually super friendly. Only downfall is this locations parking. There is very limited availability as there are literally 6 parking spots.

I ordered a custom flounder for Father’s Day. Our celebration changed to Saturday instead of Sunday. They were able to accommodate my order- no problem!!!! I understood if it couldn’t be done, but the flounder was already made and ready!
The amount of custom designs they do is INCREDIBLE! It’s like a 3” binder full of intricate designs choices. As an artist myself, it really blew my mind. Such an amazing idea…I’ll definitely be getting more for a unique gift! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING AND SO TALENTED!!!

One of my colleagues was getting a promotion so we wanted to do something nice for him. He loved every bit of what they made at this location for a custom shaped order. I already stop a couple times a week for a breakfast sandwich or pretzels and these people are amazing.

Stopped here today and everyone was so kind plus the pretzels are delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

I alway love stopping here for my Philly Pretzel fix! I get a sausage pretzel, which is a spicy hot dog, and 5 mini's that last me my stay in Langhorne. Cheap eats, Good eats, Nice people, great service.

First visit, ordering was easy and people working were friendly and efficient. I liked that you could watch the factory thru the window. Spicy pretzel dog and rivets were all great.

Parking: Not a lot of spaces even when they weren’t busy. Someone else must share the lot.
