First visit, ordering was easy and people working were friendly and efficient. I liked that you could watch the factory thru the window. Spicy pretzel dog and rivets were all great.Parking: Not a lot of spaces even when they weren’t busy. Someone else must share the lot.
Great custom pretzels! Got snowmen and candy canes this time and have gotten turtles and crabs made in the past.

This is truly a neighborhood establishment that loves her product and customer and goes the extra mile to see people smile (like offering my baby boy a few pretzel bites on the house or bringing my order out to my car for me)...to be honest, these kinds of establishments are why I love philly. Did I mention that the pretzels are great, a fresh baked Philly staple: they are soft and warm (easy to reheat if you follow their storage instructions). This is the only location that does the pretzel turkey bowl for thanksgiving which is a complete HOOT (the pumpkin dip was also amazing). You can call ahead for custom pretzels (give a time so they know when to expect you for pickup). Cash or card accepted but cash preferred There are a few parking spots out front

They make the most awesome Turkey bowls for the holiday. You cut off the top, fill it with something yummy, use the pretzel nuggets to dip the dip, or if you want, a drumstick makes a great dipping piece. Put it on a platter, surround it with pretzel nuggets, put your dip in, and you have an instant appetizer before dinner and, a convenient snack for later in the evening. I'm using both a cheese and vegetable dip, separating them with a piece of the top of the turkey. There will also be chopped up veggies to dip as well. PPF is very accommodating over the phone when ordering. Very pleasant employees dealing with the phone orders. Order yours next year early, as they are sold out, maxed out, on how many they can make. There are always different options for these for the Christmas holiday; snowman, candy cane, etc. They also give back your our community, which is generous of them.

This Philly Pretzel Factory location makes custom and specialty pretzels. You have to order ahead for any custom pretzels though and they're not available to order online. For Thanksgiving, they had a side turkey pretzel and a turkey pretzel that was hollowed out to make a bowl. I brought both to a Friendsgiving and they were huge hits. The price was super reasonable as well.

Very nice little store, appears to be family run. I was in the area for business but stopped in to see some of the pretzel art and get a snack! I was pleased on both counts.
Great customer service. Friendly staffs. They always serve their pretzel hot and fresh. Their custom Pretzels are one of the kind! It always makes great gifts for special occasions. Highly recommended!!
