For the last few months I noticed that more often than not the bread is nothing like it used to be. It has been consistently stale, dry and disappointing. Today it was beyond that and I finally called to let them know this bread is inedible. The manager said it was due to temperature problems with their ovens because the temprature was off. All good chains at one point loose the ability to maintain quality they once had. Spending $30 dollars for two hoagies is a premium price to say the least, you should expect decent bread considering that is the foundation of the product. That's when you have to find another go to place for hoagies. If they can't get a handle on the bread problem look for stores to start closing!

Super typical past couple years but for almost $17 i get 3 peppers? The sandwich comes with: turkey, stuffed pepper and cheese. Thats it! It takes a good bit for me to review but this is the same thing at almost every location as its another franchise anymore. Sandwich bread touches eachother on the top of each sandwich, meaning you must ask and be charged extra to make your skimp sandwich somewhat full. Bout done giving these people my $.
Primos is the best hoagie in the country. I recommend the old Italian.

I really enjoyed the Veggie Diablo and appreciate that there are a few meatless options here. The staff was friendly and service was relatively quick. I would stop by here again if I'm in the area.

Hard roll. Had to really chew it.

Evidently the oven is working overtime today, making all of the rolls extra crunchy, according to the manager...

The sesame seed rolls were rock hard on the outside making the experience unpleasant. We had to remove the contents to eat the hoagies.

I love primos. If you are looking for the best Philly hogie here's your spot. Only a handful of tables. Open kitchen. Deli salads, pickles and the best rice pudding! Join their rewards club for Monday discounts and other random coupons. The staff is always really personable and welcoming. The bread here is always spot on. Huge sandwiches and all made correctly when you order.
Pro tip: If you aren't planning to eat shortly after getting have your oil and vinegar on the side. They have condiment sealed packets.

After many years of eating at primos, this has been the worst meatball primo I have had. Took a couple of bits and had to throw it out. The meatballs tasted like they were in the microwave for days. What little sauce was on it had no taste even with salt pepper and oregano. The chocolate chip cookie had the taste of being way under baked. Sorry to say I will not be coming back to this location.
