Celebrating Mother's Day with my family. Delightful experience and our server was so pleasant and welcoming. As usual good time and good food

Our dinner at Red Lobster was great: the food was tasty, the waiter Jesse was very attentive, the atmosphere was relaxing. We would definitely go back again!

Prices are increasing portions are shrinking. Our waitress Jai was amazing. She made our overall experience a good one. Red Lobster ran out of baked potatoes and our party of 5 all ordered them.

We went on Valentine's Day. Thankfully we had a reservation. The place was mobbed and the Hostess station was chaos. But we were seated almost right away. Our waitress was very friendly and while we did wait a while for our food, she was still attentive and apologetic. The food was delicious. I got the sirloin. It was very good. My bf got the surf and turf and was very pleased with his meal. We will definitely return.

Our experience was terrible. The food was cold and tasteless, no utensils were provided, and drinks took far too long to arrive.

The bill for six people was $425, and we left a $25 tip. But the staff ran after us in the parking lot, demanding more. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I do not recommend this place — it ruined our evening and wasted our nerves!

But the unpleasantness didn’t end there — the staff ran after us to the parking lot, demanding that we pay more tips. This behavior is completely unacceptable and outrageous.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. A terrible restaurant that completely ruined our evening!

Red Lobster has always been my favorite place. I even got engaged at this restaurant. We came out to dinner and I was served a burnt burger. The place was quite empty and despite that, our server was MIA the entire time. I kept asking his coworkers to help me find him several times. I’m not sure what was going on with them. I’m so disappointed.

The food is great and the atmosphere was really nice. The wish is also super nice considering that I accidentally spillef my drink. I also work in food service so I kind of felt bad that I did that but you were super understanding. The food was great and the staff were super nice

I called in to place an order, and from the moment I spoke with J.C., I was impressed by their kindness and helpfulness. He went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, ensuring that my order was just right. Not only was J.C. patient and understanding, but He also made sure to explain everything clearly and make the process as smooth as possible. It's rare to encounter such genuine care, and J.C. truly made my experience a positive one. Thank you so much for your outstanding service!

Our waiter took forever to be attentive to us meanwhile 4 couples around us are getting service like normal, I understand it was getting late but our server doesn’t even come back lmao I had to go to the kitchen to get a takeout box and I paid on the tablet myself. Also we were white and everyone around us wasn’t. I’m not jumping to accusations but I’ll just say it the lack of service felt extremely personal. Never ever coming here again no wonder they’re bankrupt. We left a great tip too lol maybe someone was having a bad day I tried not take it personally. I mean seriously from after they took our order I did not speak to a single person once, after that everyone just disappeared. And in the kitchen I just grabbed the takeout boxes myself i didn’t actually Talk to anyone lmao , it’s Like they’re told to keep their head down and don’t initiate contact. It was very strange and no one should be treated like that. Don’t ever come here

Orders are always right. Service is good and the food is good. Biscuits are amazing, I always enjoy the coconut shrimp with their pina colada sauce. Although I've had other things and they are always good as well.

Ordered lobster and steak. I asked for a knife to cut the steak. They told me that they had shortage of knifes ?? No Lettuce, no Broccoli, wife Ordered crap legs which came out half frozen. Last time I will be at Red Lobster. Nightmare of a dinner.i don't do Facebook. You have my email address.
