Waited a week to write to see if they would rectify this situation but I was wrong. I ordered two sandwiches for me and a co worker and we received someone else’s order. So after realizing this I reached to Red Robin langhorne and they told that they were sorry and that they could either reimburse me for the mix up or they could make me another sandwich. I decided I would just like my money back and they said it should be returned to me within 24-48 hours this order was placed on November 12 it’s now the 21st and I not received money back. Completely unacceptable no only did you not complete my order correctly you also did not return me my money I paid for that order. Will not recommend I heard Red Robin Neshaminy is way better anyway.

This was my first time coming to any red robins went there for a early lunch with my fiance our server was amazing was very patient and explained everything to me the fries were so delicious and their onion sauce House made is amazingly delicious I'm normally a ranch person but that took for me the onion sauce was amazing the manager does come around checking on every table I really like the professionalism in here

Haven't been to Red Robin in a long time. Just so happens, life took us by the place twice in the last week, and it was great. Burgers, fries, all good. Having Coke Zero is a big plus for us too.
