Michael was our server tonight and he was superb! Extremely attentive and fast friendly service. For a family with hungry kids this made our experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone. We will definitely be back and hope we’re in his section again.

They are pairing sincere hospitality with great burger and chicken offerings, what's not to love! This was a great way to start the year. I had the salmon with garlic broccoli and their steak fries with the bomb homemade ranch and bacon fondue on top; my girlfriend had the Avocado and Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad, which looked super fancy with all the ingredients spiraling around the plate. Our kids are monsters, so they split a monster burger, some chicken tenders and Mac and cheese, and they all got milkshakes! Only issue is I wish that they had a sign out on N. Oxford Valley Road so I knew they were back there sooner; we will be back for sure!

Our waiter Michael did an amazing job serving us!! He was very attentive to our table before, during and at the end of our meal. Sodas were brought to the table before we asked for refills!

Our server was excellent, she was awesome and has kid about the same age as ours so she knew what we were dealing with, she was the best. The food is what it is, the burgers are solid and the fries could be a little crisper IMO.

The food was ok but I think the staff that labels food or drinks should pay more attention especially since I selected the allergies tab for the chocolate milkshake I ordered for my daughter who has severe tree nut allergies. Whoever labeled the two milkshakes that I ordered put the chocolate receipt/label on the oreo one and the oreo one on the chocolate. Can you guess what my daughters did? They drank each other's. Thankfully, the oreo one did not have anything that would have sent my daughter to the hospital. I think these younger employees today care more about their cell phones that working! Not just Red Robin but everywhere. What a waste! My advice.... PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING!! ESPECIALLY IF YOUR MISTAKE CAN SERIOUSLY HURT SOMEONE!

Door dash sent 4 different drivers over an hour and a half but the order was never ready, I finally had to cancel.

Good burgers and fries. Usually but not tonight. Half the tables were empty and we still had a 25 minute wait.
Same thing different day. Restaurant was empty around 5 o'clock pm. And yet it was filthy. No reason for it to be clean when your not busy. Freckled lemonade and peach berry were not good. Lemonade was very watered down. Was toldvthey knew but didn't do anything about it. Doesn't make sense to me.
