Love that they're trying to rebrand and give themselves a fresh look by renovating. However I don't know how much you're paying your employees but wow! Everyone is pissed, zero customer service, oh and maybe you can ask them to not talk on the phone while working screaming the "N" word every 3 seconds through the store.
