After telling the employee about my allergy to peas, she went to the back to make sure they weren’t included in my smoothie. They were, so she told me she wouldn’t use that protein powder. She used a different one instead but that one was also a pea based protein. She didn’t look at it at all and used it in my smoothie. I assumed it didn’t have anything in it because I specifically told her about my allergies. After drinking the smoothie I got all itchy and had to get my money back. It was extremely disappointing and careless of the worker.

Missing 8 oz from my 44 oz smoothie. I tried reaching out to address this issue. No one responded back. I love smoothies. For this to be my first visit, I was excited at first and genuinely disappointed. Cup was given with smoothie running down the sides. I could see it was full but at least let it be clean. Cashier couldn't answer any of the questions for the menu items. I was I don't know alot. When I got home, I measured that smoothie to see if I indeed received at close to 44 ounces. Nope. I can understand mistakes and perhaps some training so cashiers know a little something. Using a jumbo cup and stating it's a specified size and it's indeed not, no thank you.

Bradley at the Oxford Valley Smoothie King went above and beyond for me and my daughter during a tough moment. My daughter was having a full-on meltdown, and he handled the situation with so much kindness, patience, and care—it truly meant the world to me as a mom. On top of that, he made the best smoothies we’ve ever had! We left with full hearts and happy taste buds. We will 100% be back just for his smoothies and amazing service. Thank you, Bradley!

I tried to get the free 12 ounce Watermelon Hydration smoothie and the woman working at the counter said she refused to make it. Why would a promotion be falsely advertised? And why would she refuse to make the smoothie lol. She said she doesn’t trust the smoothie king app??? What is going on in this location?
