Waiting forever with only one person ahead of me the customer didnt know what they wanted and let me order then the worker waited for other customer to decide what she wanted then she started to make my smoothie , I was in a rush n a bit irritated but worker could have taken care my smoothie first

Every single time I go into this location the staff NEVER greet when I walk in. I have waited at the register for about 5 minutes without anyone saying “ be with you in a moment” - keep in mind not even busy! Just walking around the front. I can totally understand if it’s packed but I was the only one in there & it takes 2 seconds to say that they will be with me in a moment instead of having me stand at the register for 5 minutes. The one time they one girl was at the register just looking at her nails & phone while someone behind her was counting the register- which I understand that must be done.. however she didn’t even explain what was going on that if I was paying cash or card just stood there until I asked if paying card is okay since I can see they are counting the register. Then she said oh yeah sure. So you had me waiting there & you’re just staring at nothing when you could have asked that to me. Honestly the staff here are very young with zero customer service stills at this moment in their life. I hope you take this & truly work on it.

Came in on Saturday, ordered the Peanut Power smoothie and it was delicious, the two girls working there were very good and had amazing welcoming service especially the brunette one without glasses that made my smoothie!
The barista helped me add a gift card to my account. Above and beyond!

After telling the employee about my allergy to peas, she went to the back to make sure they weren’t included in my smoothie. They were, so she told me she wouldn’t use that protein powder. She used a different one instead but that one was also a pea based protein. She didn’t look at it at all and used it in my smoothie. I assumed it didn’t have anything in it because I specifically told her about my allergies. After drinking the smoothie I got all itchy and had to get my money back. It was extremely disappointing and careless of the worker.
