Steve's Prince of Steaks is a popular destination for those seeking delicious cheesesteaks. The restaurant offers a variety of options, including a pizza cheesesteak and cheese fries, which reviewers have found to be enjoyable despite the slightly high prices. The atmosphere is reminiscent of an old-style restaurant, with an ordering stand that resembles a food truck. Many reviews highlight the amazing flavor of the steaks, featuring a perfect balance of beef and cheese. Steve's is known for using real pieces of meat, making it a favorite for those who prefer a hearty experience.
Customers appreciate the smaller diced onions, friendly staff, and the convenience of being able to pay with cards. While some have noted concerns about meat quality and dryness, the majority of feedback praises the fresh ingredients and satisfying cheesesteaks. The recent addition of Cooper Sharp has been well-received, with many enjoying it alongside the classic Whiz. Service is quick, and the staff can handle large crowds when the line gets busy. Steve's Prince of Steaks remains a great spot for a Philly cheesesteak and other items like hoagies and fries, embodying a traditional charm that keeps customers coming back.
