I have a son with a long list of severe food allergies and your bakery made it possible for him to have his first piece of cake on his 1st birthday. They took the time to go over all of his allergies with me and were extremely accommodating. Thank you for making his birthday so special 🫶🏼

All the pastries all good. I go once a week to buy my bread. The sandwich bread is very soft and doesnt crumbre like the other commercial bread I buy. I would recommend to everyone.

I went to the Happy Mixer this past Sunday afternoon the day before Labor Day to pick up a few items for family and friends. The woman working there was very very rude. She rushed me and not only me but the customer after me. She was very rude to them also. It’s a shame because everything I get there has always been very good but because of the service I received it may not be my first choice anymore for bakery goods.

The owner is very sweet and told us about all the treats and gave us recommendations on how to re-heat for the next day since we are from out of town. Everything was sooooo good for being gluten free even my non gluten free mom loved their muffin!

Is this some kind of witchcraft? It's incredible. I ordered a decent variety, so here's the run down, in order of preference:
Rye bread: unbelievable. The best GF bread I've had. I missed rye bread, and this is indistinguishable from the real thing. How's it moist and stretchy, not at all crumbly? I can't detect the taste of psyllium husk, so did they use magic? Mask it with caraway? I guess I have to start driving to PA every time I want a sandwich.
Strawberry cream cheese streudel: also wonderful. How'd they make it flake? The flavor balance is perfect.
Chocolate dipped cookies: buttery and melt-in-your-mouth. Delicious.
Brown-edged wafer: see above
Corn bread: pretty good. A little dry, and with that bitter aftertaste you sometimes get with cornbread. I like mine either on the savory side or sweet side. This was in the middle.

This place is great!
Is it pricey? Yes
Is it worth it? Yes
I get their cakes for the holidays and no one knows that they're gluten-free. Delicious stuff!
We used to live close to the Chalfont one but now we live down by Toms River, New Jersey. I will drive to Newtown to get their stuff.

Tried The Happy Mixer today for the first time. We will definitely be back. Everything we had was delicious. Especially the lemon poundcake, that was a favorite.

The Happy Mixer is a gluten-free gem! The goodies tastes amazing—you’d never know it’s gluten-free. Super friendly staff, great variety of sweets (even vegan options!), and totally worth the price. A must-visit for anyone with food sensitivities or just a serious sweet tooth!

My mom worked making kiffley's in the '60s. Tasting these brought me right back to my childhood. They were delicious!!!
